Here! There are 4 steps!
Step 1: before playing think of all the jumpscares If you have played the game before and gotten jumpscared by all the characters
Step 2: expect a jumpscare at all times
Step 3: play the game that you were going to play to try it out.
Step 4: keep doing it till it works if it doesn't.
