Personally, I'm so over the grounded content. Once you've seen everything the game has to offer, there isn't really anything interesting enough to keep watching the same content over and over again.

Content creators don't typically like going back to old games from the past, just to make content on it again for no reason. A legit reason to make new content on an old game is if the game had an update. So then that would give them a reason to make new content , atleast then it could be useful by showing to fans.
