How to Create a Wreath

Some garland is thin and you have to add another piece to it before adding any décor. With these pieces of thin garland I added them to a Wreath frame and made a beautiful white wreath...by the way white wreaths are hard to find!

2. 4" white zip ties
3. 30" wire wreath frame
