1:02:20 this topic fascinates me!! I ask my instrumentalist friends all the time about when they hear the lyrics, and I think a *lot* about what makes a lyric delivery grab the ear !! definitely agree with Fuensanta that intention and authenticity of feeling have a lot to do with it
