daikin one+ smart thermostat problem -blank screen

Had a new system installed in December, 2023, two stage system. We were told that we needed the Daikin One Plus thermostat to get the benefits of the two stage, so we bought that too.
But soon after the install we had frequent strange errors, like you see in the video. The system just stopped working despite power running to it.
Problem solved...we got a new one installed and it's workimg great.
