Thank you for having Humberto on!! He made us believers in 2023. After 17 years of visiting the parks, our eyes were finally opened to the value of DVC. I was skeptical for too long thinking there is no way the purchaser could really get the better end of the bargain with a company as profitable as Walt Disney World. I was a loyal guest that would RUN away from the in park DVC kiosks believing the gimmick was too good to be true! 🙈 I’m thankful to have turned the corner and now understand the value. With DVC resale market it’s remarkable to see that it’s truly about the purchaser getting a great deal. Thank you Bert for sharing your story on the podcast and being our agent!

Great choice all around and Steakhouse 71 is such a great addition!
Favorite resort to eat and snack is the Polynesian. Can't forget the one of a kind experience at Trader Sams.

Our family votes for the Polynesian, our home resort. O'hana for breakfast with Stitch or the amazing dinner. Kona, Capt Cooks, Pineapple Lanai for Dole Whip. Can't go wrong
O'hana breakfast is so create and you can't go wrong with a Dole Whip!
Grand Floridian is our choice - Five Diamond (Victorian and Alberts) to Fine Dining (Narcoosee’s and Citrico’s) to upscale casual (Grand Floridian Cafe) to Character (1900 Park Fare) to great quick service (Gasparilla Garden Grill). No other resort has it all like the Floridian!
We totally agree the Grand as it all!!
My fav resort to dine is at the Polynesian Resort. Just love the vibe and the bars. 😅😅

Another vote for Animal Kingdom Lodge/Kidani - Boma for brunch, Mara for a snack, Jiko or Sanaa for dinner, Victoria Falls for a nightcap. The ambiance, the animals, the amazing food - what else could you ask for ?! Enjoyed the show!

Captain Cook's, Trader Sam's’,Ohana and Kona Cafe. That means Tonga Toast, Dole Whips and noodles all under one roof!

I don't feel qualified for this contest because I haven't eaten at all of them yet, although I think I'll put that on my bucketlist. But watching UA-cam dining reviews for the last 3 years I go with The Grand Floridian.

Without a doubt, Grand Floridian!!! It offers 5 table services, 3 quick service locations, enchanted rose, and the only Disney resort offering private/in room dinning. I love Narcoossee's and we eat there every trip. Nothing better than waking up and having mickey waffles delivered to your DVC villa!!

Polynesian has the best dining. The quick service has great options. Plus the Kona cafe for breakfast! And if all else fails you have Trader Sam’s for drinks!

There's a lot of good food at DVC resorts, but I have go with our first (second) home, Animal Kingdom Lodge. Lots of variety and wonderful unique food!
Yes we love the DVC resorts for food options and Animal Kingdom is certainly top of the list!
Bay Lake Tower, love everything about this resort. Steakhouse 71, it’s all about the views. Looks like Derek got some sun 🌞

Grand Floridian as the best selection of restaurants. We love Citrico’s, Narcoocee’s, Cape May Cafe, 1900 Park Fare, Enchanted Rose and even the pool bars.
It really has EVERYTHING!
Our must do, every DVC vacation, is the Poly’s Ohana.

Turf Club at Saratoga is the biggest hidden gem in WDW. The food and cast members is absolutely phenomenal! You will want to go back every week after eating there. ❤

Animal Kingdom Lodge is my favorite with Boma, Jiko,The Mara, and Sannah restaurants. This was a fantastic show! Thanks for sharing!

The DVC Resort that offers the best dining for my crew? That would have to be Disney's Old Key West Resort. Olivia's is a real hidden gem. They have a great menu for all meals of the day.

I vote for Boulder Ridge. Geyser Point is a great outdoor dining location. The quick service location, Roaring Fork, is good. The character dining at Artist's Point is incredible and Whispering Canyon always offer a fun time for familes.

Such a tough question!! I’m going to go with the Poly. We always can find something easy for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Love the pool food, too! Yum - glad I bought my Resale contract there! Trader Sam’s for best drinks!

Have to say animal kingdom lodge. I love the spice!
Even though there are many fine dining places in Disney World, the luau at the Polynesian has to be our funnest dining experience for our family. We've been DVC members for around 16 yrs or so having bought BLT shares directly from our park visit when our little girl was just 4 yrs old at the time, and never regretted the purchase because it has allowed our family to visit Disney in style, more than would've been possible any other way.
The Luau was amazing!! What a great story of membership!
Without leaving the resort. I vote Grand Floridian for best food. Saratoga a short boat ride or walk away by far has the biggest and best food selection at Disney Springs.
Yes so good and Saratoga Springs is underrated for having Disney Springs right there!

I love how Derek mentioned the “Liki Tiki” 😂 we stayed there once and because of our stay there we came up with reasons why to buy DVC instead of staying offsite. #weneedmorepoints

Being that the Grand Californian does have a few decent restaurants plus it's attached to a theme park with many more restaurant opportunities.
I guess we will need to go to the Grand Californian to try it out :)

@@worldofdvc Yes! We are there for 6 nights/7 days with a 3 day park hopper pass (purchased through Unlocked Magic at a great discount!!) so we will have lots of time at the resort (BoardWalk Villas) and time to enjoy some time with friends and food! We will be there Sun June 16 - Sat June 22.

Another vote for the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Our favorite is Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. My daughter Lisa and her family will be at Disneyworld mid March. You can pay for my travel agent daughter Lisa and her family. If I win the contest for best dining. 😉

Polynesian is so good!
Not necessarily my favorite, but the Grand Floridian has the largest selection of top restaurants. A few points off for not being that impressive for QS. My favorite overall is Riviera. Animal Kingdom Lodge is also great.
