i was at corally this week and the chassis brace is on the way but not yet released. i live 15km from corally in belgium, i was realy lucky to get a prototype of the brace to test. fists like a charm and makes the chassis even more solid.

Cool. But you can also just slap a 17t pinion with the stock mount honestly. The sliding motor mount would be for anything other than 13t 15t and 17t pinions. But yeah, the sliding motor mount is better for any sized pinion. Thanks for the video 👍. To me, it's been the toughest and most fun sub $400 rc so far 👍
Shame about the mount overhang. I have Velcro on my body sides. Good to know the brace won't fit, been trying to get one. I went with the 15 tooth. Aint run it yet. Yours looks like a ripper.
Honestly it doesn't get in the way of anything.... There is plenty of play either side so the body doesn't get damaged.... I never use Velcro myself .... 17t rips awesome and it just what it needed , especially only being a 4s buggy
I wonder how fast and hot it is now. It seemed too slow for 4s before this pinion swap, i considered getting one and just adding a faster motor (2500-2800kv), but that ended up being basically the same as just getting a Spark roller. Didnt want to fiddle with that stock mount Thanks to you, maybe ill look at the Syncro again
Hey mate, do you order the cars and parts direct from Corally in Europe? I'm in Darwin so would either have to buy from an interstate store online or maybe direct, any thoughts?
@@dinkidink5912 hey mate I certainly do order all my parts and cars direct from Team Corally Belgium ... They have the best service and i get everything from them within 6 to 7 days which is better than Australia Post 😅 in most cases
@@dinkidink5912 you can buy the Syncro from local places in Oz ... Just check prices and make sure you are getting the best deal before you pull the trigger ... Check everywhere like Ebay and hobby shops in the Eastern States too ... For Lipos definitely get them off Ebay ... You will get best deals there ... For 4s lipos the Ovonic Rebel Series are awesome ... You can get 2 for about 120 ish 👍🏻

I tried using it and the pinion i had had a different tolerance and found the mesh was too tight for my liking ....
Goes good now. Mesh looks better with the new mount. Backflips are a little sketch 😂😂
Goes so much better now ... Haha yea man if the tires expanded more it would pull off backflips easy 😄

what happens if you put high speed pinion on and go offroad? they say i shouldnt do it.

On that run i used a Zeeee 4s
But normally i use Yowoo Graphene and Ovonic rebel series...
