I used to be addicted to reading when I was in school literally to an unhealthy degree especially as a kid, I would not be able to put a book down in the car a lot of times and end up making myself car sick from that. But on the bright side it made me a better speaker because reading literally makes your brain mimic the words with your vocal cords while you do it.
