1:50 that small leaderboard is for overall team contribution for the minigame. Whichever team got the most points will get the most buckets, not the huge. Also the devs did go to RDC, i guess it's makes sense to have a small update for that reason

Yes and the buckets from that leaderboard are distributed every hour, the top 1 team getting 3, 2nd getting 2, and the rest getting one
