Excellent and concise video that worked for me. However, I would like to make one suggestion: You might want to mention that any customizations the user made and saved to normal.dotm will be lost. When making customizations to Word 365, I've been prompted a few times whether I wanted to update the normal.dotm file with the changes. I wish I could remember exactly which customizations those were, but I guess I'll find out soon enough.
I'm going to make a suggestion in Microsoft Feedback that they provide an option to disable compatibility mode in the existing version of normal.dotm rather than having to rebuild a "vanilla" version of the template.
