The world champion under version WBO in the second Featherweight Vasyl Lomachenko commented on the upcoming fight against Guillermo Rigondeaux.
"I don't think Rigondeaux decides to openly attack. He did throughout his career. If it's trample attack, it will go on the flooring. I don't think he will decide on this. I agree that this is a historic fight. It's an interesting game, and most importantly, it is interesting to me. His organization has spent a lot of time.
My mind already has a plan to fight. I don't think it would be wise to talk about it now. Better to see once than to hear 100 times. Like any other fighter, I go into the ring with the idea of finishing the game before expires 12 rounds. There is a high probability that the fight against Rigondeaux will be completed ahead of schedule. I can't promise a knockout, but I promise to smear it on the ring," said Lomachenko.
