for some reason in the 2021 quest u don't have to talk to the priest or hans, u talk to the cook about the cellar and then go into the cave to pick up the brooch. If anyone got stuck on that part, another amazing guide keep it up :)

Very fun to watch took me ages to figure out how to get the oil lamp. But you have to smith the frame go to entrana and talk to the glass blower make a oil lantern glass. Then you can find swamp tar in the lumbridge swamp where the abyssal knights are. Then you need to make your way to rimmington and talk to the alchemist to get oil lantern oil and there you have your light source. IM sure there is more easy ways but if you are unsure this works thanks :D
Recommend: buy from G.E ( Candle lantern OR Bullseye Lantern ) before entering underground to make things little easier! You can also light both same time for 100% light but a single one will do! Goodluck scapers 😊

Do NOT throw out the brooch when quest complete!! Instead give it to Mistag (he shows you through the tunnel) and he will give you a mining helmet in exchange for the brooch :)
whenever i talk to reldo ask about the brooch does not come up. I went through and made sure ive done all the steps and ive also logged out and logged in? whats going on?

For those who don't find the silverware, after talking to the duke and before heading to the HAM hideout, talk Sigmund and ask about the silverware
Even after I tall to Sigmund it says I need a key for the chest
