The raffle tickets is for how long you stay in the game and if you stay for like an hr you get a gold ticket. Basically just luck

You get raffle tickets with playtime and the tickets participate you in the raffle daily and you can win these rewards and there are golden tickets which give infinity but you need to play 1 hour on 1 server to get them and only 50 people win and for the normal raffle 1k people win daily
