I love the concept of going after the Warden instead of the Ender Dragon. I think it’s a nice change of the formula!! I hope it catches on 😁
Definitely need to buff the boss warden against some things to make it more fun though. Like getting stuck in a hole and focused down. Giving the ability to dig towards an active skulk sensor every now and then and some skulk themed mobs would help to make it feel more boss battle-y and bring danger to both sides.

You should do it where fireworks are op. So normal just iron and diamonds but if colors you get the equipment of that color but op. And if you kill a mob with a firework or while holding it you get it's spawn egg.

#idea Do a Minecraft Manhunt where you need to kill 3 bosses, and every time you kill a boss you get and advantage and the hunters get a disadvantage. Therefore you first need to kill a warden, then a wither and lastly the ender dragon. 3 bosses in 3 different dimensions. #idea
