我剛根據老師的配方做,也是覺得黃油太多,都溢出來了,沒有放煉乳,就略多一點白糖,蠻鬆脆的。

刚刚试过2次,视频用量比例需要调整,黄油100克太多了,侧漏出来很多。调整过的用量黄油70克,鸡蛋3个,白糖50克,面粉100克,加了一点儿香草精,效果不错
