내가 생각하고 바랬던.. 열 살 무렵의 어린 내가 상상하던 20대의 나는 이렇게 초라하지 않았는데.. 무기력의 극에 달한 요즘 진짜 내가 뭐하는건가 싶다. 요즘들어 자꾸 과거로 돌아가고만 싶다. 미래를 꿈꾸던 내가 이제는 과거만을 그리워한다.. 좋은 징조는 아니겠지.. 적막함 속에 잠기고 싶다는게 무슨 의미인지 지금에는 너무 잘 와닿는다.. 누군가의 조언도 응원도 지금은 지친다. 아무 생각도 아무 행동도 하지 않고 그 누구도 없는 곳에서 한적하게 새소리 듣고 풀냄새 맡으며 그렇게 있고 싶다.
인생은 한번뿐인데 이렇게 시간낭비하며 사는 내가 한심하고 패배자가 된 것 같다. 길을 헤쳐나갈 방도를 찾아야하지만, 지금 이 순간만큼은 조용히 노래나 들을란다. 노래가 아련해서 나도 덩달아 감성적이 된 것 같은 기분....

Why don't you just sit back or lay down for a moment will you? You seem to be going all over the place with that mind of yours. I know you're feeling either worried, stressed or sad but let's put those emotions away, why don't we? Unless you want to unleash all the rocks on your shoulders then by all means, go ahead! I encourage it. Write a book about it or embrace it perhaps. You have a quite a few choices here, I'd say. You either hold in those emotions, let it go, or just take a breather. I mean, it's okay to stop for a moment and just *rest* . Its not like your giving up on something. You must honestly just be so tired I bet. So why don't you just relax all those tensions in your muscles and mind. Listen to this music and you will slowly but surely find yourself along the way. Back in May I lost my dad then a week ago I lost my best friend my sister. My brother is in the hospital with covid. And I have covid and isolated in my room while my mom is taking care of me. Sometimes I have periods where it feels my heart thinks my sister is just out of town but then I remember she's not. I miss her so much. This music is definitely causing an emotional release that's much needed. Thank you everyone in the comment section. Reading your positive comments is heartwarming.❤

Everyone's disorders come across differently, so I can't completely compare my experiences with yours to give you a definite answer, but it sounds to me like you might be having panic/anxiety attacks? The root cause of those aren't necessarily anxiety disorders - high stress can be caused by many other things, including other disorders - but that doesn't mean you aren't suffering from an anxiety disorder. but, i wouldnt cross it out as a possibility. i personally used to have those symptoms a lot before i started meds (they're still there just duller now), so tbh my recommendation would just be to see someone about it. if you're anxious or stressed a lot, therapy, meds, or even just a diagnosis can help you a LOT. sorry, this is probably more than you asked for lol, i just want to help-

Sometimes I wonder how others see the world. How they feel inside, how they experience everything. I imagine we learn to handle things differently, stress, struggles and so on. I'm sure we can learn a lot from each other, and together maybe fill in the holes on how to live a relaxed and happy life. This music made me think and reflect deeper than I usually do, just felt like sharing it. Hope anyone reading this gets some moments of magic like I did, however short they may be.

He gastado toda mi vida en cosas tan materiales, a la vista de todos bien, pero cuando escucho una que otra canción de este tipo, me he recordado de lo corta que es la vida y no he tenido experiencias bonitas con el cariño hacia alguien porque no estuvimos en una etapa para crecer juntos. Entonces, conviene ir al mundo todos los días como si no pasara nada y tu vida es tan lineal, tan neutra, que pretendes estar bien así, pues en un pasado todo fue caos; ahora, escucho esta canción imaginando lo dulce que debe ser vivir en compañía y sólo espero que algún día alguien emita ese sonido dulce antes de dormir y que tal vez, podamos escuchar canciones de este tipo, o que más allá de lo cálido, algo tan cómodo y llenador de plenitud, que no tengas (en un tiempo) que acudir a canciones antes de dormir, para poder dormir.
