I love how, instead of trying to just fight BF head-on like most FNF antagonists do, Legion instead goes for BF's mind to defeat him. Even though Legion lost, he was _this_ close to driving BF completely insane.
Legion might be the first FNF antagonist to realize that the best way to beat Boyfriend is not by challenging him to a rap battle, but by getting to Girlfriend instead. No wonder he is one of the few that Boyfriend would treat completely seriously and the only one he actively hates.
FNF mods went from "who has the best music" to "who can be the most finger breakingly hard" to "which mod can have the most content to the point that it can be its own game" and I love this progression. Also holy fuck this mod hits hard everywhere

@@Astrojox_ yeah, if you go by the rule of cool this is pretty good, as someone's oc or something this is pretty cool, but i wish it was more than just plain appeal and was built more around themes of the mod, i think it could be wat more interesting and explored into better directions besides the one it took That's the thing, the design isn't bad by any means, but it could be better, just in general fit more into the story it was trying to tell, and get pushed into way more interesting places when you consider the idea of "person turned trollge" Although i think the other characters have a worse case of the "this isn't bad but could be better" design thing, cuz' they are all just too like each other. Yeah, they are all trollges so they gotta have defying characteristics and symbols (in this case the trollface) but they are just mostly way too close to eachother character design is an expansive and pretty personal topic so there isn't really any definite "perfect" design, but when it comes to the horror aesthetics of this mod, i think that could have gone pushed further

Is Legion called Trollage? And yeah I agree, He REALLY went out of his way to try and break Boyfriend, BF was just so much of a dumb-ass though that Legion had to keep getting worse and worse with his antics. At the end of it all he actually managed to make Boyfriend so angry he stopped being stupid. Literally something no one else has managed to make BF do. And for the Corruption Mod comment question above here, The Corruption isn't actually attacking people in the same way as this, The Corruption aims to weaken it's opponents by draining their energy, Making them too weak to fight back. So getting angry isn't actually something people can do when they get corrupted. "This is one of the reasons why people say Tricky can't be corrupted, Because he's 100% Angry all the time" "At least when it comes to Hank anyway" That basically means Tricky has infinite resistance to the Corruption since it's way of corrupting people is basically putting them to sleep. Tricky too angry to sleep xD
I do find the smiler's lore so meta, when he was first introduced in version 1.0 he was introduced as if he was the original trollface. Later for 2.0 having his actual personality slipping in the memories in a way that jars his original speech. Specially speaking from Derp to Derpina. And while in the original version it seemed like his biggest regret was killing derp in "self defense". In reality his regret and realization came by letting his soul rest after remembering everything and acknowledging this is what Derpina wanted as well. This is the first foreshadow that there is a greater Trollge controlling him and turned him into one. Just like most of the others. The original mod also foreshadowed GF and BF could be corrupted into Trollges as well given what happenned if you were losing or screwing up notes to both of them. On the other hand this also explains how BF and GF got into this mess, with him taking Derpina's assignment and by "eliminating" the smiler who had a "bargain with the tallguy", upset the tallguy enough to force BF into his "game". While this trollge universe looks like it ends with Blueballs incident it's only a part of FNF's trollgeverse in the format of prequels and such as showcased in the files (And there is a plan to release a build of FNF that consist of all the trollge mods at once the remaining ones are finished, which i would love to keep a copy since it's my favourite AU so far given it's so different from canon FNF and seems to go on its own path and plot, can't wait for you guys to finish the Fool-ass game i will hold it as much regards as the original). As the extra files foreshadowed the other trollges and the overarching stories they have with Daddy Dearest, who still seems to be making as much enemies as breathing.
And this may not even be the end of it as Friday Night Incident takes place in the TCF Universe even if not in the same mod. So i don't think we're quite done yet.

The mix between Analouge horror and Rhythm gaming is executed so well! The songs were pretty good, but I was anticipating the cutscenes more because I was so enthralled by the story. My favorite troll has to be the piano dude, then again I've always been a sucker for the "fame = corruption" trope. This is true Rhythm Game Excellence..

Yeah there is no comparison imo. Like don't get me Wrong, mods like sonic exe and hypno's lullaby are great but blueballs incident is just it's own different level of quality one I don't think any mod even comes close to reaching.
Ok, so I may only be 42 minutes in but WOW- this Mod is easily one of the best ones out there. If just not THE best one ever made. Hell so far half the time I forgot this was even a game. I don’t even know how to describe how amazing this mod is. I think the best way I can put it is “Come for the songs you remember, stay for the rest and because you’re invested in the story behind this and you can’t get the cutscenes out of your head.”

Honestly, normally in these type of mods, i'd complain about the charts feeling unfair or simply just 'hard for the sake of being hard' (or as the community more often puts it, 'its not overcharted, your just bad" sarcastically). But honestly, all of the charts felt really good to play, yet still were ball-bustingly hard in places. I think the presentation really helped in matters, as it didn't feel like you were fighting just generic FNF baddies, but legitment higher beings- some mere crpytids, other bordering on god-like beings, and I found that really neat.
Literally a hour and a half of content, all made wonderfully with lots of effort and love. This mod is pretty damn amazing, the story as well while sad, it pretty damn hype, especially with that ending. There's also a song called "Your Mom" 12/10
Can we talk about boyfriend’s story in this? I love legion as antagonist but I also love how this whole story really gives Boyfriend a real journey through hell. I mean this probably the only mod I know where boyfriend has been pushed to his absolute limit in every sense of the word and find an antagonist he truly hates. One he knows he needs to not only stop but take out. Legion pushed Boyfriend so far, so much so Boyfriend stopped holding back and rightfully killed this so called god. That look of death he gave legion is amazing as he put the fear in Legion as he deserved.

I think that we can all agree, that Legion is now Probably is the best FNF antagonist. There are just so many reasons why, firstly, he was the one who drove Bf to a bring of insanity, instead of targeting BF by simply rapping, he targeted Bf's mind and GF herself, he was powerful in his own right, so much in fact that you cannot possibly win against him, you can only give up, and also, he is simply nightmare fuel.

This mod was something else, this mod, is a work of art, this mod has managed to deconstruct who we are as a person, this mod has managed to make both believable characters, and also lovable characters, every single trollge from smiler to stairway to jenkins to Derpy to the big man himself, all of them have their own spark to make each of them someone unique, not only that, but each have their own song telling you something else, either fear, sadness, gladness, forgiveness or redemption, everyone here has a place and use in a mod, nothing is out of place, nothing has been slacked on, the charting is phenomenal, the music is deep and a bop, the art is sinister and sharp, and the presentation is beyond mind blowing, I, and many others, will enjoy this, because this has oppened the way of future storytelling, with unique cutscenes each progressing through the plot, and with the extras menu, giving us a little inside to what is going on, enough to say, I thank everybody who worked on this project, because without any of them, this wouldn't be the same, and without you bunny, this project wouldn't be what it is, so I thank you, for making the trollge files a thing, I hope I can get to see more of your work in the future, because you've made a wonderful baby that shall be reviered by the comunity as a whole, thanks to the trollge filled team, and thanks to you Malicious Bunny!
I like how at the end, gf is recovering but you can still see the slight bits that she still needs to fix, the sharp teeth, the more pale hair and skin, then bf has gained god like power, and his arm has been affected by possibly controllable t cells

21:34 seems like this "original" trollface, of sorts, is kind of like a sort of..... weegee type sito, in a way, if you ever watched those old weegee battle videos based on youtube poops and shit, the "true" version was worlds stronger than the original, and far below the surface of the normal one. Legion is showed here to be some sort of.... I honestly am not sure, but it seems like he is a form of the "troll" creature that can mess heavily with the mind, and infect others with whatever creates the troll creatures, likely being some sort of hardship in their lives causing them to fully abandon emotion, or accept death instead of repentence. He was so close to overpowering BF and breaking him, like he seemingly even did to GF, but something gave him the power to resist, to make Legion feel the same fear that he was inflicting. The trollface in question appears again at the end, almost like it was affirming what it had done to stop legion, or perhaps it was something different maybe? The first one we the player interact with, seems to of been around a long time, and doesnt even want to be a troll at all, but something is MAKING him, likely legion, or something in a troll that actively goes against their little remaining morality, not to mention the fact that he was also, much alike the others, human once. Stairway is strange, in that, it isn't very well established where he came from, beyond just that he is the "troll physics" troll, but it seems to be powerful in its own right to either teleport, or to distort the world around it, to create the fear of flying (im pretty sure the name of the song is the phobia itself, but i dont recall the name of the phobia very well. As for the other trolls, it feels like each of them, with the exception of the clown were created by something, the memories and the stories legion tells the player heavily imply what lead them to that point, even legion's own story. But the clown? We are only given what seems to be a sort of.... tape, scp style, and thats it. Certainly not a bad thing, but still. The pianist is likely the most clear-cut one, being a pianist that fell in love with a girl, and wanted more and more from the crowds. The interesting bit though, to me at least, is the idea of the voices that it was hearing, as it leads to a bit of a implication, or even just theory of legion himself. It hears after it attempts to kill itself for its actions in the ocean, the crowds cheering for it, the roar of it being so much so that it comes back as a troll, unable to stop the voices. The one that makes probably the least sense of all of them, and that's saying something, is the "Mask" one. A blob of dark material with the basic (smile) face attached, covering a void of an actual face, that seemingly was a test from Legion to get back out of BF's mind, to figure out what happened to GF. Then there's GF herself, the fanservice queen. There has to always be at least one in each mod. Jokes aside, it seems like whatever BF was doing, whether it was working with the group, or being stuck in his own head by Legion, led to her getting infected with the same sort of strange creature that got the first Troll. However it seems like its early enough that GF herself is still in control of it, in part, which is frustrating to her, because she cant regain control, just show that she is still there. Its not really implied one way or the other that BF succeeds, only that after he beats the ever loving SHIT out of Legion, that he escapes and tries again, because some sort of force allowed him to do so. And then there's Legion, who seemingly has some sort of vendetta against both BF and the foundation he was working with to get the original troll, (and apparently killed smiley). A troll so powerful seemingly, that it took something actively helping BF for him to even get a leg up against him. Seemingly, "Arthur", is a amalgam of every other aforementioned troll, having the memories and powers of each, while also itself being extremely powerful. The interesting part too is that, it was actually able to beat BF, twice actually, in that he got GF and sent BF into a recess of his own mind for a period of time, referenced by the ruffled hair of BF, and a similar comment made by Legion. Most of this is speculatory, and should really not be taken as fact, as it was more just me going off of observations, this is a very cool mod in making you think, great job.
The "mask" one is an infected Derp, isn't it? I remember watching "the first trollge incident" video and the stairway trollge is the one that killed the monsterized derp with an ax (which is why that ax troll hits the health bar) and drove him insane enough to become a full-fledge trollge. I assume this because clips of that video played at the halfway point of the stairway fight. The clown/Jacob was a weird story but from what I understand he was a cop?? At 29:39 the newspaper talks about a cop suspected of killing the children, yet we see him recalling someone else being there who he says killed them and so I would assume that is the moment that brought him to become a trollge based off of his "I will protect them, even if I have to become a monster" line. Now the one I'm most confused about is the one holding the Tv is that Smiley? Legion would lead me to believe so but if that's smiley wouldn't that make him the "how to troll your best friend" trollge? Which would mean he was also a trollge that either turned derp into a trollge or killed him (I can't remember). Yet his lines lead us to believe he was Derpina's father whose wife's name is also Derpina... (idk the relation between Derp and Derpina but I'm gonna assume siblings) So now I'm wondering if Derp is Derpina's brother who became friends with Smiley (based off what we hear in 1.0 of blue balls incident) which then got infected by the T cells started converting into a trollge caught derp and turned him into a trollge with that Tv he is holding in his song and that derp then meets stairway to heaven trollge in an alleyway and gets killed?

@@ramenemu_4376 Stairway comes before Smiler so Smiler couldn't have turned derp into that monster. In the case files we see that derp was killed by Smiler, so this derp we see in Dystichophobia was the one from the first trollge incident. Smiler is holding a TV as a reference to how to troll your best friend and we can see he's already killed derp during Technophobia.
Congrats on getting this out after SO much time, effort, and struggle. The effort is fucking insane. I was extremely honoured to be able to give some of my assets for the Stairway cutscene.
Finally finished the whole video and can I say wow, the way this mod ends is absolutely heartwarming... It may take me days to beat this mod but I think I'll suffer through the pain of taking multiple attempts but it'll be worth it... This mod is my all time favorite, y'all did an amazing job with it and I can't wait to play it

I feel like the mod really fits to the journey in fighting depression. Like Legion character is the literal embodiment of depression, Boyfriend is you and Girl friend is happiness. And later on in the mod girlfriend turns into this black monster and Boyfriend really got pissed off.
I really love your trollge universe, something about the style, how it looks, it feels so...apocalyptic and unknown. The way you draw them all, and how you can combine fnf and trollge and make it terrifying and mysterious. It's truly phenomenal.

Someone is guaranteed to make a Triple Trouble cover using these unique characters, I am certain of that. Like, first is the clown, then the piano player, and then Trollgified GF. And the main, villainous Trollge (or 'Legion') is the recurring boss throughout the entire thing.
Holy shit, this mod is like a nonstop trip through the unconscious. I love the drawings, the music, the voices, just about everything in this game is absolutely nailed so all the hard work definitely paid off!!!
One thing i noticed about the Glossphobia song is how the trollge has a pretty spammy charting compared to boyfriend's one. It's a pretty cool detail that builds up over the song all the way to the end, the voice even slightly distorting at times, just for him to broke down in pure rage. Just goes to show how desperate he was to win the rap battle
Also, i might be a crazy theorist but i think somehow the person who made smiler's songs is related to jhenkins, their names are the same, they both are musicians, they also share the same nick. So.
This is better than I imagined, though I miss the old vocals its a worthy trade off for the rest of the polish in the new music, animations, etc - hope we see more amazing stuff like this in the future
One thing I always liked about this mod was how smooth all the animations were. This looks absolutely amazing! And all the songs are bangers. Edit: ya know I just realized something didn’t the trollge meme start with everywhere at the end of time. Like that one video where the trollge has a suit and top hat and starts forgetting everything. It would be cool to see that in this mod. Of course not right now cause this mod just got released. This is easily the best Friday night funkin’ mod out there, all the love and work you put into it turned out fantastically. You all transformed a rhythm game into a truly fitting analogue and psychological horror game. Playing it I had the heavy feeling of nostalgia and sadness in my chest, enhancing the experience. Truly a masterpiece. I knew all this wait was worth it.
I'm honestly very surprised of the dedication of Malicious' team People went through a lot, and had to develop such amount of content, and they did it. Son of a bitch, they did it The wait was worth it, definitely worth it As every single moment of this mod is amazing The remade songs are better now, going more with the normal BF voices, and though the Cases' voice is almost the same, I still enjoy the soundtrack three lots. There are so much to say, and so little words to express it. This mod, at first, was the most remarkable one of the Trollface mods, but now... In my humble and total opinion, it's the most remarkable mod *EVER!* ALMOST 2 HOURS OF CONTENT, LORE, CREEPYNESS, YOU GOTTA BE SERIOUS! The whole enviorment of the mod, the usual shade on every song, the stories behind each of the sickening beasts we find, THANATOPHOBIA GF, the ACTUAL troll move on Athazagoraohobia, and the dedication of Legion to break the cerulean boy, turn him into the apocalypse bringer, and become G O D. It is as if you were REALLY presencing an actual horror movie The amount of detail on this mod is so high I still can't get over it. It is so good my heart races and I have the same reaction I had the first time credits roll. "WHAAAAAAAAAAT?! WHAT THE FUCK?!? HOOOLY SHIT DUDE! THE BEST MOD!" I remember showing to the premiere when Incident was playing So yeah, once again, wait was definitely worth it. It was worth every damn second!

Not sure if many people in the comments managed to catch this but taking GF was only the start of what he did to get to BF. Remember when he asked where everyone was? This was after he lost in My Dear Love and Legion stated that now the world and everyone in it belongs to him. After taking GF, he went to take everyone BF knew and cared about and then the rest of the world. In Athazagoraphobia, this was basically BF vs not only Legion but the corrupted Trollge versions of the rest of the world that Legion made one with him. 1:02:22 to 1:02:48 is further evidence of that. Especially when he says, "Your friends, your family, your passion, and everyone in your world. Everyone, everything. We are just me." Also if you catch it at the right time, you'll see the silhouettes of Pico, Ritz, and GF.
10/10 mod. Amazing, chilling atmosphere, cool story too, great overhaul of the original game. Congrats on getting it done after so long, it was worth the wait. Blown away by the mod.
I’m still in disbelief of how perfect this is, AND ITS A FNF MOD?!? This is absolutely still one of my favorite fnf mods of all time. The songs go from emotional to belligerent, the story is so well written, OH.. and the art and visual style is just such an inspiration. Thank you for this ❤.
ngl, i wasnt expecting the clown part. i am a very big fan of clowns (weird I know) and when i heard the line "it seems you are quite fond of clowns" i had to do a double take. it might just be me, but that spook got me GOOD. the mod is wonderful, one of my top fives. good job team!!

This mod made Friday Night Funkin feel like a indie horror game like Yume Nikki, Omori, or .Flow, at least by the overall vibe of the game. Just the Vibe of the art, the story, and just the general feel of everything is reminiscent of those games.

i tell you what, when i played through, i was hella impressed honestly. I had so much hope for this mod, and what a gift it brought, it started so small and now it grew. Also, i would like to point out this mod is 2 GBs, and usually a mod like that would give me lag spikes and stuff like that. But this mod is well optimized and i never had a lag spike, good job.

That's the thing, the design isn't bad by any means, but it could be better, just in general fit more into the story it was trying to tell, and get pushed into way more interesting places when you consider the idea of "person turned trollge"
Although i think the other characters have a worse case of the "this isn't bad but could be better" design thing, cuz' they are all just too like each other. Yeah, they are all trollges so they gotta have defying characteristics and symbols (in this case the trollface) but they are just mostly way too close to eachother
character design is an expansive and pretty personal topic so there isn't really any definite "perfect" design, but when it comes to the horror aesthetics of this mod, i think that could have gone pushed further

Is Legion called Trollage? And yeah I agree, He REALLY went out of his way to try and break Boyfriend, BF was just so much of a dumb-ass though that Legion had to keep getting worse and worse with his antics.
At the end of it all he actually managed to make Boyfriend so angry he stopped being stupid. Literally something no one else has managed to make BF do.
And for the Corruption Mod comment question above here, The Corruption isn't actually attacking people in the same way as this, The Corruption aims to weaken it's opponents by draining their energy, Making them too weak to fight back. So getting angry isn't actually something people can do when they get corrupted.

I do find the smiler's lore so meta, when he was first introduced in version 1.0 he was introduced as if he was the original trollface. Later for 2.0 having his actual personality slipping in the memories in a way that jars his original speech. Specially speaking from Derp to Derpina. And while in the original version it seemed like his biggest regret was killing derp in "self defense". In reality his regret and realization came by letting his soul rest after remembering everything and acknowledging this is what Derpina wanted as well. This is the first foreshadow that there is a greater Trollge controlling him and turned him into one. Just like most of the others. The original mod also foreshadowed GF and BF could be corrupted into Trollges as well given what happenned if you were losing or screwing up notes to both of them. On the other hand this also explains how BF and GF got into this mess, with him taking Derpina's assignment and by "eliminating" the smiler who had a "bargain with the tallguy", upset the tallguy enough to force BF into his "game".
While this trollge universe looks like it ends with Blueballs incident it's only a part of FNF's trollgeverse in the format of prequels and such as showcased in the files (And there is a plan to release a build of FNF that consist of all the trollge mods at once the remaining ones are finished, which i would love to keep a copy since it's my favourite AU so far given it's so different from canon FNF and seems to go on its own path and plot, can't wait for you guys to finish the Fool-ass game i will hold it as much regards as the original). As the extra files foreshadowed the other trollges and the overarching stories they have with Daddy Dearest, who still seems to be making as much enemies as breathing.

The mix between Analouge horror and Rhythm gaming is executed so well! The songs were pretty good, but I was anticipating the cutscenes more because I was so enthralled by the story. My favorite troll has to be the piano dude, then again I've always been a sucker for the "fame = corruption" trope.

Ok, so I may only be 42 minutes in but WOW- this Mod is easily one of the best ones out there. If just not THE best one ever made. Hell so far half the time I forgot this was even a game. I don’t even know how to describe how amazing this mod is. I think the best way I can put it is “Come for the songs you remember, stay for the rest and because you’re invested in the story behind this and you can’t get the cutscenes out of your head.”

Welcome to Troll Tutorials
Honestly, normally in these type of mods, i'd complain about the charts feeling unfair or simply just 'hard for the sake of being hard' (or as the community more often puts it, 'its not overcharted, your just bad" sarcastically). But honestly, all of the charts felt really good to play, yet still were ball-bustingly hard in places. I think the presentation really helped in matters, as it didn't feel like you were fighting just generic FNF baddies, but legitment higher beings- some mere crpytids, other bordering on god-like beings, and I found that really neat.
The funny thing is that the hardest song in the mod is actually undercharted.

I mean this probably the only mod I know where boyfriend has been pushed to his absolute limit in every sense of the word and find an antagonist he truly hates. One he knows he needs to not only stop but take out.
Legion pushed Boyfriend so far, so much so Boyfriend stopped holding back and rightfully killed this so called god.
That look of death he gave legion is amazing as he put the fear in Legion as he deserved.

I think that we can all agree, that Legion is now Probably is the best FNF antagonist. There are just so many reasons why, firstly, he was the one who drove Bf to a bring of insanity, instead of targeting BF by simply rapping, he targeted Bf's mind and GF herself, he was powerful in his own right, so much in fact that you cannot possibly win against him, you can only give up, and also, he is simply nightmare fuel.
He didn't stop at just targeting GF, he then went after BF's friends, BF's family, then the rest of the world after BF was unable to save GF.
But now he has been forgotten.

This mod was something else, this mod, is a work of art, this mod has managed to deconstruct who we are as a person, this mod has managed to make both believable characters, and also lovable characters, every single trollge from smiler to stairway to jenkins to Derpy to the big man himself, all of them have their own spark to make each of them someone unique, not only that, but each have their own song telling you something else, either fear, sadness, gladness, forgiveness or redemption, everyone here has a place and use in a mod, nothing is out of place, nothing has been slacked on, the charting is phenomenal, the music is deep and a bop, the art is sinister and sharp, and the presentation is beyond mind blowing, I, and many others, will enjoy this, because this has oppened the way of future storytelling, with unique cutscenes each progressing through the plot, and with the extras menu, giving us a little inside to what is going on, enough to say, I thank everybody who worked on this project, because without any of them, this wouldn't be the same, and without you bunny, this project wouldn't be what it is, so I thank you, for making the trollge files a thing, I hope I can get to see more of your work in the future, because you've made a wonderful baby that shall be reviered by the comunity as a whole, thanks to the trollge filled team, and thanks to you Malicious Bunny!

21:34 seems like this "original" trollface, of sorts, is kind of like a sort of..... weegee type sito, in a way, if you ever watched those old weegee battle videos based on youtube poops and shit, the "true" version was worlds stronger than the original, and far below the surface of the normal one. Legion is showed here to be some sort of.... I honestly am not sure, but it seems like he is a form of the "troll" creature that can mess heavily with the mind, and infect others with whatever creates the troll creatures, likely being some sort of hardship in their lives causing them to fully abandon emotion, or accept death instead of repentence. He was so close to overpowering BF and breaking him, like he seemingly even did to GF, but something gave him the power to resist, to make Legion feel the same fear that he was inflicting. The trollface in question appears again at the end, almost like it was affirming what it had done to stop legion, or perhaps it was something different maybe?
The first one we the player interact with, seems to of been around a long time, and doesnt even want to be a troll at all, but something is MAKING him, likely legion, or something in a troll that actively goes against their little remaining morality, not to mention the fact that he was also, much alike the others, human once.
Stairway is strange, in that, it isn't very well established where he came from, beyond just that he is the "troll physics" troll, but it seems to be powerful in its own right to either teleport, or to distort the world around it, to create the fear of flying (im pretty sure the name of the song is the phobia itself, but i dont recall the name of the phobia very well.
As for the other trolls, it feels like each of them, with the exception of the clown were created by something, the memories and the stories legion tells the player heavily imply what lead them to that point, even legion's own story. But the clown? We are only given what seems to be a sort of.... tape, scp style, and thats it. Certainly not a bad thing, but still.
The pianist is likely the most clear-cut one, being a pianist that fell in love with a girl, and wanted more and more from the crowds. The interesting bit though, to me at least, is the idea of the voices that it was hearing, as it leads to a bit of a implication, or even just theory of legion himself. It hears after it attempts to kill itself for its actions in the ocean, the crowds cheering for it, the roar of it being so much so that it comes back as a troll, unable to stop the voices.
The one that makes probably the least sense of all of them, and that's saying something, is the "Mask" one. A blob of dark material with the basic (smile) face attached, covering a void of an actual face, that seemingly was a test from Legion to get back out of BF's mind, to figure out what happened to GF.
Then there's GF herself, the fanservice queen. There has to always be at least one in each mod. Jokes aside, it seems like whatever BF was doing, whether it was working with the group, or being stuck in his own head by Legion, led to her getting infected with the same sort of strange creature that got the first Troll. However it seems like its early enough that GF herself is still in control of it, in part, which is frustrating to her, because she cant regain control, just show that she is still there. Its not really implied one way or the other that BF succeeds, only that after he beats the ever loving SHIT out of Legion, that he escapes and tries again, because some sort of force allowed him to do so.
And then there's Legion, who seemingly has some sort of vendetta against both BF and the foundation he was working with to get the original troll, (and apparently killed smiley). A troll so powerful seemingly, that it took something actively helping BF for him to even get a leg up against him. Seemingly, "Arthur", is a amalgam of every other aforementioned troll, having the memories and powers of each, while also itself being extremely powerful. The interesting part too is that, it was actually able to beat BF, twice actually, in that he got GF and sent BF into a recess of his own mind for a period of time, referenced by the ruffled hair of BF, and a similar comment made by Legion.
Most of this is speculatory, and should really not be taken as fact, as it was more just me going off of observations, this is a very cool mod in making you think, great job.
The "mask" one is an infected Derp, isn't it? I remember watching "the first trollge incident" video and the stairway trollge is the one that killed the monsterized derp with an ax (which is why that ax troll hits the health bar) and drove him insane enough to become a full-fledge trollge. I assume this because clips of that video played at the halfway point of the stairway fight.
The clown/Jacob was a weird story but from what I understand he was a cop?? At 29:39 the newspaper talks about a cop suspected of killing the children, yet we see him recalling someone else being there who he says killed them and so I would assume that is the moment that brought him to become a trollge based off of his "I will protect them, even if I have to become a monster" line.
Now the one I'm most confused about is the one holding the Tv is that Smiley? Legion would lead me to believe so but if that's smiley wouldn't that make him the "how to troll your best friend" trollge? Which would mean he was also a trollge that either turned derp into a trollge or killed him (I can't remember). Yet his lines lead us to believe he was Derpina's father whose wife's name is also Derpina... (idk the relation between Derp and Derpina but I'm gonna assume siblings) So now I'm wondering if Derp is Derpina's brother who became friends with Smiley (based off what we hear in 1.0 of blue balls incident) which then got infected by the T cells started converting into a trollge caught derp and turned him into a trollge with that Tv he is holding in his song and that derp then meets stairway to heaven trollge in an alleyway and gets killed?

In the case files we see that derp was killed by Smiler, so this derp we see in Dystichophobia was the one from the first trollge incident. Smiler is holding a TV as a reference to how to troll your best friend and we can see he's already killed derp during Technophobia.
The actual BEST cinematic mod in the history of fnf, i've watched all 1,5 hours in a dark room with full volume and i don't regret it.

Finally finished the whole video and can I say wow, the way this mod ends is absolutely heartwarming... It may take me days to beat this mod but I think I'll suffer through the pain of taking multiple attempts but it'll be worth it... This mod is my all time favorite, y'all did an amazing job with it and I can't wait to play it

I really love your trollge universe, something about the style, how it looks, it feels so...apocalyptic and unknown. The way you draw them all, and how you can combine fnf and trollge and make it terrifying and mysterious. It's truly phenomenal.

Holy shit, this mod is like a nonstop trip through the unconscious. I love the drawings, the music, the voices, just about everything in this game is absolutely nailed so all the hard work definitely paid off!!!
One thing i noticed about the Glossphobia song is how the trollge has a pretty spammy charting compared to boyfriend's one.
It's a pretty cool detail that builds up over the song all the way to the end, the voice even slightly distorting at times, just for him to broke down in pure rage. Just goes to show how desperate he was to win the rap battle
Also, i might be a crazy theorist but i think somehow the person who made smiler's songs is related to jhenkins, their names are the same, they both are musicians, they also share the same nick. So.

One thing I always liked about this mod was how smooth all the animations were. This looks absolutely amazing! And all the songs are bangers. Edit: ya know I just realized something didn’t the trollge meme start with everywhere at the end of time. Like that one video where the trollge has a suit and top hat and starts forgetting everything. It would be cool to see that in this mod. Of course not right now cause this mod just got released. Not sure if many people in the comments managed to catch this but taking GF was only the start of what he did to get to BF. Remember when he asked where everyone was? This was after he lost in My Dear Love and Legion stated that now the world and everyone in it belongs to him. After taking GF, he went to take everyone BF knew and cared about and then the rest of the world. In Athazagoraphobia, this was basically BF vs not only Legion but the corrupted Trollge versions of the rest of the world that Legion made one with him. 1:02:22 to 1:02:48 is further evidence of that. Especially when he says, "Your friends, your family, your passion, and everyone in your world. Everyone, everything. We are just me." Also if you catch it at the right time, you'll see the silhouettes of Pico, Ritz, and GF.
Words cannot express how incredible this mod is to me, the original was already my favorite and now there's no competition whatsoever.
This is legitimately, on another level.

This mod made Friday Night Funkin feel like a indie horror game like Yume Nikki, Omori, or .Flow, at least by the overall vibe of the game.
Just the Vibe of the art, the story, and just the general feel of everything is reminiscent of those games.

i tell you what, when i played through, i was hella impressed honestly. I had so much hope for this mod, and what a gift it brought, it started so small and now it grew. Also, i would like to point out this mod is 2 GBs, and usually a mod like that would give me lag spikes and stuff like that. But this mod is well optimized and i never had a lag spike, good job.
To think that this one meme became the most dangerous creature forcing everyone to smile and become a troll but now he’s finally gone. From the aftermath what happened to bfs right arm? And gf looks very different could this be the effects from the troll?
