Next build coming soon.tm. Will be a very interesting stat stacker using two of the new unique weapons :) Also if that build turns out to be bad I'll swap from COF to merchant to maybe achieve the planner for the manastacker. See how far I can take it.
Hey thanks for the guide. I started ES VK this league and I wasn't 100% sure which of the new weapons to try (between World Splitter and Event Horizon). This video (and the first one) helped me decide.
Hey, what do you think about running Vengeance instead of Volatile Reversal or Anomaly? With Dark Duelist you get 20% more Global Damage and 25% less damage taken for 2 seconds after hitting an enemy - additionally there are some chances to get void essences. Or is that too clunky to use?
So question, why no garunteed crit within the void cleave tree? ur basically not critting at all and is probably whats keeping this build from pushing higher corruption. Ik the bonk knight build u are referring too and i used it last season with the garunteed crit and seems much stronger.
Great update. Do you feel you lose too much defensiveness with this change? EHP has dropped ~20% from the last version, and without healing hands you're no longer immune while dashing. Does this feel like an issue? Amazing work, looking forward to any more updates
Doesn't really feel like an issue for me as of yet. I think the amount of damage you get through the swap to cleave+abyssal echoes is just too much to not take it.
Get to Voidwell and take all the Echo passives in Voidknight as soon as possible, and once you have all that instantly swap to forgeguard and max out the 25 points in forgeguard, then back to voidknight and put in the rest :)
When you're talking about the rotation at the end you say "all you need is crit chance capped out" to sustain your mana. what crit chance should we be shooting for? the sheet crit chance in your planner is 9%, is that all we need to cap?
The main crit chance comes from the axe and increasing the mana cost of your erasing strike to 83. You get 41% FLAT crit chance from that alone, given you have a max roll of 0.5% crit chance/mana cost on your axe. Then all it takes is the 6% from the erasing strike tree + the 5% base crit chance to take you to 52% flat. Then you just need 1-2 crit mods on amulet/rings to cap out crit chance.
@@captainbattlaxe4535 ok awesome. I just have to find a better World Splitter, my only drop so far rolled with 0.3% crit chance unfortunately. good stuff, thanks for the build
thanks for the update, which uniques in the planner would you only use once you get lp and a decent slam? as in in which slot in exalted better than uniques until slam?
enjoying this build but cant even kill my first black sun harbinger at corruption 138, just constantly 1 shot.. even the boss always gets me at some point, but the harbinger has untelegraphed melee attacks that just 1 shot. cant see any means to fixing this, my void/phys are capped, hp only 1122 cant get that higher rn.
Well, 1100 hp is definetely not enough. Gotta get some better gear or try to play very defensive and dodge everything, those are your only options i'm afraight.
had same problems with the same boss while having 1500hp. Then i got to 2100 and it was way easier, now at lvl 85 with axe tree i have 2600hp and new movement skill with two charges that makes it very easy to evade all area dmg.
@@aefoaanemone4731 I got help and got the world splitter on the first kill, just need one more level to equip it and change to the endgame build. How'd you get your health up to that? Also what is "axe tree"?
Isn't crit avoidance/crit damage reduction kind of pointless in this build now since Abyssal Echoes applies blind? As per the new changes blind makes the target unable to deal critical strikes if I'm remembering correctly.
Technically yes. realistically I find myself dying a lot to the ranged enemies in monoliths which you don't reach 100% of the time with echoes, especially the ice-shooty things that shoot a stream of ice. If that crits you, you just melt. Going for crit avoid. feels more consistent to me.
Yeah for sure! Void cleave procs your abyssal echoes and adds a lot of armor shred/void shred. It also stacks your time rot for the 100% more damage. Big important.
@@captainbattlaxe4535 I must have too little mana then if I try to weave void cleave in at 633 mana it doesn't work. When would you say is enough mana to weave it in as long as you hit the boss each time.

@@captainbattlaxe4535 alright thanks, last question, is it (during levelling anyway) mainly just erasing strike > rive (as needed) repeat. how do anomaly and volatile reversal fit in / are used?
@@ySoCerealx Yeah for leveling it was just erasing strike and when on cd/out of mana spam rive+healing hands. In the original video linked in the description I go over a leveling planner :) Reversal is a huge damage taken increase on enemies hit by the void rifts, so you always try to hit both void rifts to get 60% more damage taken on enemies. Anomaly you just cast right on whatever you want to hit with it, the rest happens automatically.
I've got lvl 79, 600 mana, t7 melee crit legendary Mace (~100% total crit chance), 1500hp, all max res and i can't even kill 100 corruption Gaspar boss in The Last Ruin, he one one shots me even with lasers.
