well here we found something that Hina isn't good at. Pandemonium Society intel agency would pay well for such info. Funny enough she was killed by Shiroko Fish in first fight and during recent events we learned 2 things : Hina cannot play piano ... and cannot swim. So attacking her with water attack seems like hard counter.
id just apllied ur strategy and the only way that hina throws the 3 ex is having an enemy tsubaki and taunts all the team while hina is on her EX state (she just oneshoted all but enemy tsubaki)
Does sumire need to be pretty uograded to be good? Im fairly new and without much upgrading she does about the same as my tanks, so I need to use iori and three tanks and it's disgusting. Also is dress hina unironically viable on pvp or naw?
Sumire is actually very strong this season, she definitely needs a lot of investment so I can't recommend newer players to build her (Eimi and Tsurugi are more important from the JFE coins shop). you can think of Sumire as a tanky close-range version of Iori that can survive common threats like Marina and Nagisa, while being able to snipe backlines with her EX and deal significant damage to actual tanks like Yuuka the basic answer that I can give is that DHina isn't viable in PvP for almost 99% of players, but I would be lying if I said that she has absolutely no use since she can solve certain team compositions 😭

I don't understand how pvp work, i have 2 account and my first account which the stronger one is stuck at 2000+ while my second account with much lower lv can easily get 500+. The enemy in my first account is unbelievable, they're lv 70-80 and i'm just lv 56. My second account is the opposite
I can't describe how i felt, when I saw mine doing nothing... I was like so excited when the EX animation started, then Hina smile ❤ Then... nothing, hahaha After that I was in disbelief and go into another match thinking that maybe something went wrong just once... But then again, nothing, hahaha But hey, at least I had some laughs
she can fire her EX skill in auto, but it needs to cycle back to her skill in less than 10 seconds it's possible if you make an entire team built on low-cost EXs... which is not very viable in PvP unfortunately 😭

I think some people still didn't realize that the auto skill goes 1, 2, and 3 and repeat in PvP.
