I appreciate the videos and the stories of people getting in to Tech especially our black young brothers . I been in the Tech world from Help desk to Digital Forensics. Now I’m a Network Engineer for an International Pharmaceutical company. It’s also money outside the. GOVT . I’ve done several GovT contracts . Newbies limit themselves trying to chase these government contracts . Getting in tech and making all this crazy money is not instant it takes time . No shade but just want focus to understand the reality I have friends who thought the same . And I been well over the 6 figure range and high bonus every year and benefits good.
his personality for sure will take him super far....he can speak, he's mad humble and you can tell he knows his job. Props to him . He should most certainly take on speaking engagements.
Not going to lie, this might be best one yet Beez! Kajhon is extremely poised and every word is intentionally articulated well. Gems dropped so humbly. This information is golden!
I love the fact that he is a young Black man who has his head on straight and knows what he wants out of life. He is a family man and a father. He is not interested in being an entertainer, athlete, or in the underworld. He is such a breath of fresh air. I wish more Black males were like him.
There’s actually a lot of us out here striving to improve our lives and give back. I understand what you were trying to say, but it comes off really weird
@@Blake.Created It's not weird. 70% of Black children live in a home where there is no Dad in the home. Most of them are born out of wedlock. Black women are made the face of the unwed mother globally. Show me where I lied. He is the exception in Black male society and not the rule.
Just finished your webinar. I’m really appreciative of all the great information that you shared with us tonight. Looking forward for more great information and great contact. Really appreciate you. Be blessed.
I don’t know if there’s a technical issue or what on Clearance Jobs website but now you have to have a clearance in the last 2 years, a US citizen, or a active clearance just to go on the website to apply or review jobs
One thing to note, I may have missed it: Contracts can be cancelled or taken away. Most common way is the gov feel like the contract is not being met by the contractor.
Either u have to get a bachelors degree in computer science, or any degree related to that. Also, u could do a software engineer boot camp and which they can help you polish your resume and help u land a job! Those are two ways in my opinion to land a Software engineer job
@@MorrisTheMinister create software engineer projects or a good software engineer portfolio, definitely could do a bootcamp or get a software engineering degree from a college like WGU extremely affordable
Look at beez asking the questions i was thinking about him leaving out earlyy making sure he got his disability in my head im like did u get all of it.
You can get clearance without being in military. You'll need to search roles that say 'willing to obtain security clearance'. Those jobs will typically sponsor your clearance. I believe you have to be in the role before getting clearance as the employer has to submit the request. You can't preapply for clearance by yourself (from my understanding). Perhaps Beez will chime in to confirm.
If you get hired on a job that says they will sponsor they will already be doing the clearance process throughout the hiring/orientation. Then its just a waiting game to get cleared. Takes months!!! you'd essentially do nothing unless they have unclassified work to do. I waited two months got paid to get cleared. I know a guy took a year!@@rare2find0918
This guy was extremely humble and down to earth. I Just got out of the Army and I am working to get my security plus!
