Check out the Ecovacs lineup. I had one, then upgraded to a newer model. They vacuum & mop, empty the dust bin & dirty water, then clean & dry the mop pads. They also clean the mop pads just before the next use. No hands-on required for weeks at a time. Best out there in my opinion. I also had a Roborock S6 but the Ecovac performed better for me.
You're supposed to say in the video this video was paid for (even if they gave you the thing for free) by Dreame. It's not enough to just write sponsored in the description.
For the people talking about the expense, what does a weekly cleaning person charge? Granted, the RoboVac only does floors and won't dust; clean your kitchen counters/sink; bathroom sink, toilet, and shower; or do windows. However, particularly for someone with pets, an argument could be made for spending the money to have daily control of pet hair, dust bunnies, and dirt on the floor.
Cool. Buy why don't you add some flooring in your shop? If you do it will clean up a lot easier. The part we're you can set up 3D of the room is cool. But a shop vac for 119$ from ryobi can do the same job for cheaper. Over all this is a tool I would like to have. I can clean up my shop my self though. Thank you.
I’m not looking to put in flooring because I don’t own the space I rented and I’m already looking for a bigger location. And you’re not wrong about the shop vac, but it’s a real nice convenience to walk in every morning and have it freshly vacuumed and not have to deal with it. It allows me to focus my time on producing content rather than doing maintenance.
@@Darth_Sidious_66 they didn't send it to me for free, so cost is relevant. Im not cracking on him doing the video on it. Just saying there's no reason for me and many other people to watch it.
@@leoingle Yes, they didn't send it to you. They sent it to him. Most of the people that watch this channel are working class stiffs that want good deals on tools, not a robotic POS vacuum cleaner for an insane price. So yeah, it's irrelevant.
A lot of the people who watch my channel, in fact I would say a plurality, are people who are either retired or near retirement and made really good money and can’t afford nice things when they want to splurge. It certainly isn’t for everyone, but don’t act like you get to be the gatekeeper on what people can spend their money on.
@@denoftools how did I act like a gatekeeper for others by saying "I" had no need to watch it? *edit* - I guess you mean that by me saying "and many others", but let's not act like there isn't plenty here that can't afford that or even others that can and wouldn't even considering paying that, even at the discounted price. I didn't tell anyone not to watch the video, so I'm not gatekeeping anything.
I love the idea of these things, but they (basically all devices like this) map out your home and send that data to a server for data mining purposes. Creepy as all hell. Manufacturers say “Oh, nooo. We take your privacy seriously!” But that’s all lip service because all that means is they are keeping that data on a “secure server”, but they’ll sell it to anyone that wants to buy it. If they’re not releasing the source code that the devices run on for independent 3rd party review you have to assume they do.
Who exactly is it that you think that wants the floor plan to your house? And you guys get so worried about someone spitting on you yet you carry a cell phone

Nice if you’ve got money to burn
saw the price, no thanks. I'll use a broom.
$1,400?!?!
@@PlasmaJunkie Yes exactly, I'll stay with my shop vac and broom.
Before I watched the video, I looked up the vacuum to see what the price is. No need to watch the video now.
