Preventative care is vital when it comes to cardiac care because oftentimes individuals don’t see the warning signs until the condition has worsened. The mission of our General and Preventative Program on Staten Island is to treat the individual before getting to the point of cardiac disease. Our internal network of cardiologists at The Heart Institute at SIUH are equipped to handle any cardiac condition that may arise, big or small.
