Thanks for setting the record straight. I get suspicious when they want too much info and expect me to download etc. Years ago I had some cheap android phones from the dollar store and a bunch of fake ph numbers, burner emails, etc. in order to do these gimmick things. That saved my real info from being circulated when I didn't want it to be.

Well, the video actually explains that those apps didn't do any good.
I doubt anyone online can tell you about a way to become rich (and if they do, beware). But there are several platforms that can offer relatively small amounts for an equally small effort: in most cases you get paid for filling surveys, or playing games on your phone, or even for watching videos. Now, we are actually talking small money. Example: since February 13 I have cashed 65 euros (about 70 USD) via taking surveys on a couple of platforms. Not much, but if you consider that's money coming from virtually doing nothing, it's not too bad.
My suggestion: there are many platforms, not all work too well. The best thing to do is to start wide and narrowing the focus. Check out some of those platforms, then you can start discarding the ones that don't seem to work too well and focus your efforts on those that are more efficient.
Once again: you will not become rich, but I guess that if I could earn 70 USD taking online surveys in my spare moments while on the bus, then I guess it's not too bad.
