So I took your recipe and cooked it, although used bones and fat, until it became a thick paste. That then allowed me to coat a fresh rib of beef (expensive but well worth it) in this marinade for 1-2 hours. Also around the beef were potatoes small onions carrots and parsnips.. This would have been almost a traditional Sunday roast from the UK only for that marinade which was superb. I'm going to do this again and this time take pictures because it was one of the best joints I've cooked. I like my roast meat rare and this was perfect it had all of the flavours of Goa yet in a real roast. Sorry I'm rambling but thanks Fatima for this I know it's not your recipe but it's incredible just because of you :-)

The beef looked really soft, juicy and twisted with bits of crackling fat that were just enough to complement the flavors of this stately dish.

I think the spices u used for 1 kg meat is not sufficient. 1 kashmiri red chilli nd 4 pepper corns it won't be spicy at all.
