The park renamed and re-themed this Mack Rides log flume ride in 2014. Known as Teufelsfässer (Devil Barrels) from 1992-2013, this was Europe's first log flume with a backwards drop.

I am curious as to the cost comparison for a park if they want to build a log flume or a roller coaster on a certain plot of land? How much difference is there in the cost of each one?

This ride desperately wants to be the Log ride at Knotts Berry Farm, but it's just not. The landscape is horrible. Going backwards didn't help either. So sad. :(

I don’t think it’s trying to emulate Timber Mountain Log Ride. The theming here is sparse, and not even mine themed. It’s just an average outdoor log flume. Also doesn’t help that the sky is dark and gloomy in this video, making the ride seem dull and colorless.
