I studied this concept very deeply, this goes against natural rhythm of life, sometimes you may have great thoughts but Allah does not want what you want , so it goes against that then you either don’t get what you want, or you creat it but you’ll regret the results, just stay hopeful and positive, surrender to Allah he will take care of you like when you were in the womb and you didn’t do a thing yet you came out perfect and beautiful from nothing.

Salaam my friend. One suggestion I do have if you’re open to it is look into the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza. His meditations have personally helped me deprogram and reprogram my thoughts on a Neurological level. Also he actually uses the EEG our brother here speaks about and brain maps students for scientific research as well to improve his work. He has a documentary being released soon called “Source: It’s Within You” which is very good. It’s about the groundbreaking science on how the mind via meditation can heal the body with a few friends of mine being interviewed too. I have used his meditations (to heal myself of years on a walking cane) and to get beyond myself and connect with Allah on a deeper level. Hope this helps!🙌🏾⚡️

You have to work on yourself as a man, you have to find yourself, find hobbies that define you like gym, chess, reading, etc and that you enjoy. A characteristic for a man should have before getting married is being responsible, strong physically and mentally, protective, can able to control himself in terms of lust so lower your gaze, be able to provide and the most important thing is to be close to Allah SWT, because if a man is close to Allah and a woman is close to Allah, they will attract each other naturally. So to keep it short, be the best version so you can find a person like you except the opposite. Hope that helps akhi! May Allah grant us pious and righteous wives

In Islam, the Heart is the centre and most important part of human personality...not your mind.
There is flesh of piece in your body...if that is pure and clean...your whole body becomes pure and clean. If it gets spoilt, your whole body gets spoilt (Sahih Bukhari).
Inner thoughts (whispers, emotions) first create in your heart, and then it triggers your mind to generate thoughts/energy accordingly.
Work on the purification of your heart...then your thoughts get purified.
