I vote for the HP LaserJet 4250 series. That's the most popular and cheap (in a good way) printer in the world.

First of all you're about ten years too late and secondly I feel you miss the point of the head to head comparison. Both printers were great but in the end one was a better deal. I love that you declare your vote like this was a popularity contest.

@@printershowcase I didn't like what I read in the Amazon reviews of the modern basic monochrome laserjets. Is the 4250 series still considered durable? Or is there something newer available, that's as well built or better?
