This video is ace. I missed out on meeting The daisy fresh guys over her in the UK last year l, when they did a seminar at our gym. Fingers crossed they come back and I get to meet these guys because I was told that they are every bit as awesome as they seem. Especially Couch and Spatch. 😅

Its crazy seeing where Couch started to where he has gotten. Such a great tangible example of what hard work can do. He had set backs with his losses but he learned from every single one and is a dangerous man. The scary part is he hasn't hit his ceiling yet, he can go further. Not only that but he is a fantastic human being. Well done Couch.
