Unassuming yet powerful Asian man just showed all of NA that Labrynth has been on FIRE this whole format. Everyone just forgot about it / ignored it because it got overshadowed by Snake Eye. No hits to the deck this whole time even though some hits may be warranted. How quickly everyone forgets how one Eradicator took out a Kashtira players entire hand. No, Eradicator doesn't need to get banned. That player just sacked the hell out of the other one. Love the Full Force Virus tech. Not sure what the next virus will be since that one came out in 2017, then the last one came out in 2019. But I've gotta give the guy props for going so far with a deck that everyone seemed to brush aside.
Full Force wipes the entire snake followup as well as almost every Vanquish monster, every stun monster except Inspector and most importantly it can tribute Arianna/stovie for easy hand knowledge. Deck Dev can deal with Blossom but it's way harder to resolve
First, Grinning Grave came out in Lair of Darkness which is 2018. Second, the deck is a trap deck, which are notorious for being relevant when a format has been shaken and starting to be explored (e.g. a banlist 5 days ago), and tend to go down again when the format is becoming solved. On this topic, Altergeist was also an example of this phenomenon. Third, I love Lab, but if anything, this was kind of a meta call because everyone is going less harder on Ash Blossom in main ('cause you know, Hiita punishing you for using it) and thus, Welcome should resolve more times. Of course, I'm not taking credit away from him, he made it to finals and everything in the middle, but let's not ignore Lab has some flaws (which is good) that don't let her be the top dog (kind of like Branded with its paradox)
@@RAMPettersen I know Grinning Grave cameout in 2018. Hoping it gets support eventually since it badly needs it.
Judges were right. It was the dude's first top and the nerves made him forget about Backjack's top card eff during their end phase. Still congrats for him reaching the finals🎉
@@traplover6357 It doesn't matter but i disagree 200% , the Judges ruined a final ONCE again ... Yes he did a mistake but he realized it in 0.5 seconds ...... The call was correct, he drew the card and there's no doubt about that. It was a missplay on his part, no reason to hold it against the judge. You accept the change of turn once you draw a card, it's irrelevant if he sees the card or not
Nah, judges were right there. He clearly assumed it was his turn and drew, and just as he picked up the card away from the deck he remembered about backjack. Unfortunate missplay due the pressure of the finals, that's all

watched the finals live. Amazing duels congrats on 2nd place!

If he drew Rivalry will be the biggest hypothetical from Game 3
