Just visited Antalya a month ago and visited all the sites including Hadrian's Gate, Kaleici and the two waterfalls. An absolute gem of a city too underrated! 😍😍
I love walking round the old town, and the harbour. Its a great way to spend a day
beware in the old town kaleici there is a man who owns a mosque. he will start talking to you (mostly tourists) and greet you and talk about himself. he will then invite you to his mosque and he will show you around. hell give you a quran as a present and even a necklace sometimes but at the end he will ask for a donation. i gave the guy 200 liras - equiavalent to 6 euros but he will ask for more. if you are in a group he will ask a donation from every one of you. he will let you take photos and everthing but just be careful. there are so many scams in turkey. if a local ever appears to be kind just ask questions before.
it's the same with restaurants. you will get your plate or dish but you wont know the price. and at the end the manager will ask for a ridiculous price. only go to places that already have the price on the menu - and take a photo so they cant change it.
I absolutely loved Antalya - done nearly all of the attractions on there. This is definitely a must visit city
