I personally enjoy etiquette and manners shown by the people on these shows ! It's refreshing!
Sheila McRae was very talented and funny and deserved her own television show .
George Grizzard played the Hell out of the Brother with the evil twin on the Twilight Zone episode is so quick on Password, excellent clues, Shiela is very lovely.
Sheila MacCrae was wonderful as the rather snooty fashion mavin in the Don Loper episode on I love Lucy! She says that Lucy had it written for her because she had been depressed (I think that she had miscarried) and Lucy told her to play her as affected, too!
I love the lady's Southern accent....
Fiend is a word that is not used much anymore...
Sheila changed from her blonde more casual hair style to her red Alice Kramden hairstyle in midweek. I wonder if anyone else on for an entire week changed hairstyle during a week of taping. I would rather doubt it.
Lois Simmons Considering all of the episodes were taped in one Saturday, I’d guess Sheila was the first.
when alan ludden moves to the desk ftom taking his bow does he have a wire attached he always kind of holds his left arm out?
That was before the days of wireless microphones; it was a cord for his microphone that he was swinging away with his arm.
@@alanhumphrey4198 Thank you for that.
For so long, I thought a shamrock was some sort of stone.
Years ago, watching Password, I learned otherwise.
They should play this in schools.
Talk about right down to the wire, that's the closest lightning round I've seen yet.
While I am VERY appreciative of these episodes, I wish they were unedited. I’d like to see all the transitions into breaks.
You can always count on Allen to make the "watch the gestures" warning at least once per episode, but I have never seen a player get a disqualification for any gesture. That's one of my nitpicks with this show: the "rules" and timing are too often vague and unenforced. Still, it's a fun show.
yeah, Allen wasn't very good at enforcing the rules
How many times has he warned “5 seconds” and then wait another 20. Especially with the celebrities. But that’s a minor nitpick of a very enjoyable show
