Honestly, all of their dance practices are incredible. If I had to choose, I'd recommend Seventeen's "Thanks" choreography video. It's one of my favorites from them and nearly made me cry the first time I watched it lol it should be the first one to pop up!

The guy with the cap with the red title that you mentioned is The8. He is one of two Chinese members in the group and actually does b-boy. Before he trained with Seventeen, he was actually Top 8 in the world for b-boy. There is Seventeen Dance Battle on Idol Room video on UA-cam where you can see The8 shows off a bit of his moves.
A choreography of theirs that has interesting level changes is Thanks. It has a bit of contemporary style and I think you would like it.

The guy with the black hat is The8 , hes apart of the Performance unit which you did a reaction to all of them :D hes known for B-boying. Also the blonde one was Woozi hes the main producer and produces most of Seventeens songs. Hes the leader of the Vocal Unit.
Also the short blonde with the middle parted hair and sleeveless shirt is Woozi - he writes/produces ALL of their songs and is the leader of the Vocal Team (my boy can dance, tho, and was originally going to be part of the Performance Team). The one with the black hat on and the dual white and black shirt is Minghao - he's on the Performance Team and one of their best dancers.
I'm actually kind of surprised you haven't watched the Seventeen 'Very Nice' dance practice yet, it's one of the most viewed kpop dance practices there is lol btw, love your reactions! Turning notifications on :)

Thanks for another great video! "Aju Nice" is great dance practice video as well. You can just see how much fun they're having in that one. "Clap" is a lot of fun too, and I've always had a soft spot for it. The "Thanks" choreography video is great as well, if you want something a little more on the serious side.

I always enjoy when you have your friends on. Exo-l here, but I appreciate good Kpop from whatever group puts it out. This is good Kpop. I have learned a lot from watching diverse groups of reactors. I never really knew much about dance before I started dancers' reactions. For example, I never would have thought about a group's use of levels in their choreography. Now I notice it and appreciate it - so keep up the great work!

if I were to recommend Seventeen live performances, I'd say all because they really give their all whenever they perform. Every stage is different especially for their award stages. But if I were to pick one, I'd want you guys to watch Seventeen's performance on MAMA 2015. It's their first time attending an award show and they didn't even win :( but the viewers and the audience were saying Seventeen's stage was the best of all!

you're gonna want to be careful reacting to live performances - they're usually broadcast on tv channels that flag videos for content violation for reactions. sorry if you knew that, but i just came across your channel and am loving your reactions! my favorite kinds of reactions are from people who know what they're talking about (ie musicians, singers, dancers) and would love perhaps longer videos where you take a second look and go into more detail on what you see, considering that with how complex their choreos are and how many of them there, there are lots of moments that are easy to miss. i agree about pretty u (unfortunately filmed on a pretty ugly set/camera) as one of 17's by far most theatrical pieces. Getting Closer is an absolutely crazy dance, it's more like a P90X workout than a choreography, practically. also, my main request (and gift to you) would be - the two chinese members of 17, the8 and Jun, wrote and composed and performed a song together, My I, that between the song, its lyrics, and its choreography as a duet is outright what i would call a piece of art. it's got a very unique choreography and i would love to see a dancer, or dancers, go into detail to talk about it.
There are some TV channels that are safe, just asking carats to research first that it's a safe one

Definitely watch Seventeen's Dont WAnna Cry dance practice. It's highly satisfying, and in kind of in the same area as this one. It's the first video that got me into SEventeen, honestly. And if you have the chance, watch the 2x speed version of it too. Even at that speed, they keep their synchronization. Sync Kings indeed.

You should have a look at all the performance unit of seventeens videos, especially 'My I' with Jun and The8. The unit is made of 4 members of seventeen who dance extremely well. Hoshi, the leader of that unit, also choreographs almost every Seventeen dance!

concert and show performamces are more focused on facial reactions, so there's a lot of close ups. I suggest we stick to dance practice first if we want to focus on choreos. They call it "dance practice" but the performance is pretty much polished by them at that point. Thess vids are used to learn the dance and as showcase because as i said show performances dont highlight the dance, but the idols.
Concert, cons and AWARD shows however is a spectacle lmao. Its has more pomp and personality.

Its a stage collab with Monsta X they were rookies that time and rookies generally share stages or get only a few minutes stage time.

i will ALWAYS request seventeen. Honestly they're the most humble and insanely talented group. If you can react to any of their videos I'll be uber happy anyway. Maybe watchin their dance practice and a switch part version of the same choreo would be really good (they switch parts with other members just for the hell of it, they used to do it more a few years ago). Also if you can respond to Lilili Yabbay which I still think is one of the most beautiful choreos that have ever come out of kpop and I've been listening to kpop since early 2000s lol

The dance practice videos aren't about making mistakes. Because there's a lot of focus on dance in kpop, these videos are here so we can see the whole dance clearly and catch what we missed in the m/v or stage performance. So the dance practice will be done like an actual performance. Unless they're really just chillin and having fun with it
