how do I reset the earbuds ? Mine are stuck on mono and the left and right earbuds are showing seperately. Reseting it would fix the issue but how do it ? the 5 sec touch isn't working as mentioned in the manual@@TechTalkSB

Try to switch off both ear piece by touch and hold both together. Then touch and hold both touch panel once again to switch on both ear piece together and then place both piece to the case and then try to re connect and see. If it is still having issue then get it replaced.
Buds k niche jo contact points hai usko dry cotton kapre se saf karo, fir sprit jaysa kich se saf karo aur pura sukha k fir case main daalo. Aur case samet ekbar full charge karo. Fir use kar k dekho.
Case charing cable se attach kar ke laptop ya fir koie low watt ka mobile charger se charge main laga do. The light will blink slowly and once the charge is complete it will show constant green light
@@arungujjar7285 ek do din full use kar k dekho. Usmain pura charge and discharge karo. Phir bhi nahi thik huya toh replace karwalo.. Mere sath bhi starting main aysa hi huya tha. Toh maine socha k battery issue hoga.. But kuch din use karne k baad thik hogaya.. Mere main pahele wo 70% se niche wala white light jata hi nahi tha sirf green and red.. But abhi ekdam thik chal raha hai.
Bhaiya maine pahle order kiya to left bud was not charging...then i get them replaced within 7 days...and now jo replace hoke aaye h unka battery backup bhi bas 10-12 ghnte ka h maximum...20 din hi huye h replaced product receive kiye...kya kru...please suggest😥😥😥
10 to 12 hrs keya with case? Total 40hrs with case bolte hai company that too with 60% to 70% volume. Agar yeh 60 to 70% volume main without case 10 hrs chalta hai toh nahi toh fir se replace karne bhej do.
Bhi Maina bhi yahi earbuds 83 liya h. Par mera sath problem aaraha h ke jab mai connected karta ho to battery percentage 20 dhikta h . Or mai jab disconnect karta ho or connect karta ho to percentage 70 dhikata to kabhi 80. 😢
Ek bar dono year buds ko nikal k, dono ka hi touch panel touch kar k rakkho toh wo switch off hojayega.. Fir se same process kiya toh on ho jayega.. Us k baad connect kar k dekho and full charge kar k dekho.. Agar phir bhi issue hota hai toh replace ko liye bhej do.

I am not facing any such issue. If your buds are not charging the clean the charging ports with dry cotton

Every one is complaining about noise is right bud. Is that true ?
I haven't faced that issue but battery backup is not as company is claiming. But definitely no noise isse till date

There is charging problem , earbuds do not charge in case And have worst build quality 😕😔
Clean the charging contact points and then place inside the case and then put the case on charge along with the case
