I might be a little bit because I’ve been watching Issei for years so his sets usually bore me since I know what’s about to happen next. However, I think even someone who’s watching these guys for the first time would know that Salah definitely took this.
For Salah standards his first round was weak, too much goofing around. You could agree to a draw, especially considering the styles are so different that it's hard to compare.
That was really entertaining to watch. Salah still got it and Issei is one of the best bboys out there right now! I wanted to see a couple more rounds.
Salah has started a trend with his unique style of popping and and breaking moves honestly , when a fellow rival trys to use your own style against you just to say he can do it or have a move that is better than yours but was had the foundation of yours ..that's when you know your one of does people that influence things around you ..

Salah is so much older than ISSEI, it is a miracle that Salah could move so well at his age. The genre are so different. How can you judge such different dance styles. Salah for control of body and ISSEI for top notch strength moves.
Issei has great skills and I love his style but I’ve seen him get robbed by judges several times where to me, was a total annihilation. I don’t know if my eyes are deceiving me or what but I hope he wasn’t robbed here. But they definitely shouldn’t put two totally different styles as a competition. A show yes but not competition.

I have trouble understanding Salah. To me his techniques are really are weak by both poppin and locking's standard (e.g. weak dime stops, bad locking forms) and he frequently goes into his prewrittens (e.g the cartwheel thing, the egyptian hand + arm wave thing) which barely connects with or interprets the music. His strength is mostly in his characterizations
Salah is using more styles and his control over his body is super human, that's why salah won. But Issei was dope he would beat most other dancers but against salah the man of many styles in an all style battle salah took it.

Gotta be honest this really is insane level dude from both. But Issei took this one out of this one out this battle. That was pretty much unparalleled. Absolute insanity, and skill and perfection. どっちにも同じくらいの驚きがあったし客の判定も本当に5:5で審査員で完全に決まったって感じだった｡
