How long does this ink take to dry and if you use it in a planner does it rub off please

When you stamp with this ink, it dries very quick. When you apply it with a brush or foam pad, it takes a little longer. It depends on how thick the layer is. It doesn't rub off so I think it's good to use in a planner.
