Sister cromatid is not Homologus chrmosome sir. Homologus chrmosome differ from each by centromere, not connect in centromere.

sir thats wrong concept of homologues .................these are not homologuos that u are draw this is single chromosome in duplicated form .......in homologous pair there are two chromosomes (homologue) with two centromeres
