A conscientious jurist should do everything he/she can to avoid this because of the potential to taint all his/her legal decisions. And that also includes family members. Recall Democrats recently filed articles of impeachment against an associate justice because his wife allegedly flew a American flag upside down (the international signal of distress) after J6. Or are you suggesting what is sauce for Republican geese is not sauce for Democrat geese?

As a NYCer, I can assure you that many of us are leaving and part of the reason is attributed the corrupt behaviors of James, Bragg, Merchan etc. They will not lock up criminals, but use our taxes to hunt their enemies. Businesses with taxable assets in excess $ 1 Trillion have already recently left due to excessive taxes and corrupt politicians.
