Hi Jammy, I don’t know if you would be able to read my comment but in your past videos I think the one where you shared that you like drinking zero, I forgot to comment that coke zero has aspartame as sweetener which increases your cravings. Watched FlavCity by Bobby Parrish here in UA-cam. He explains the ingredients that are bad and should be taken in moderation. He is based in the US and goes around grocery stores explaining the good and bad ingredients in products. Learned a lot from his videos. I lost 69 kgs myself back in 2022 but gained back the weight as I was living alone and busy with my previous job that I just go for fast food and coke zero almost every night, really unhealthy but I was too tired to cook home meals. Good luck on your journey and to I’m working on mine as well ❤💜

As someone who is a plus size with anxiety, I can relate na when I was at the peak of my anxiety I also lost weight. I was very active, I walked every day and ate healthily kasi anxiety triggers hyperacidity din, but when I started healing, I also started gaining the weight back. Well, I think that’s how life is talaga, food makes us happy and gives healing so why choose to be thin. ❤

There are days that I’m unbothered but most of the time na I’m always at the weighing scale. But I just always always remind myself that at the end of the day, I should prioritize my mental health and most of all listen to my body because we only have one. You’re not alone, Jammy! 💛🐻
