At about 3:15, they break away from People Everywhere to play a few bars from Haddaway's famous dance pop 90's hit "What Is Love?"! I wonder how many people recognized the song... most (all?) of the audience hadn't even been born yet!
Absolutely remarkable musicians. My daughter and me saw them the first of 2 sold out shows at the Berkeley Greek Theater. One of my favorite shows ever. They improvise all over and the vibe of the crowd and band was off the charts. Go see this band live and enjoy this beautiful life. You'll appreciate the experience and remarkable music.
I hate that they can't perform this song on it's own anymore without acting like a cover band and throwing snippets of other stuff in it. This song can stand on its as seen in the Boiler Room performance.
@@bonemasterx5850that is true, the mix version seems to be the thing they play the most these days. But when you play the same songs in concert for years on end, they probably feel the need to keep it fresh.
Dude plays crazy complicated riff all over the neck and never looks down.
The level of musicianship in Khruangbin is simply staggering.

I started aggressively nodding my head to it! Hahahah
Can definitely hear the audience singing along
Hadn’t been born yet ? That song isn’t that old . Another moron in his 30s thinking they are old
@@redshift912 idk if this level of anger is needed for this joyous of a song/ moment lololol
