let it heal and take it as an experience/lesson. music heals and helps you evolve. its a bit your fault and mostly he's but we all do mistakes no one is perfect and never seek perfection. i relate to your incident done by ladies to me but the past is the past. enjoy the music as a spirit drop your physical form away with the past and thoughts itll feel much better. wish you the best lady and bless.
