I have a problem in the firs floor leader cant place it
Firstly U have to upgrade the home then U can place ladder. If U don't upgrade ur home then U can't put any more structure .
Ladder top should be open , open space is required on top and floor. If you close your roof completely then cannot place the ladder . Secondly your level should have access to another floor
