Hineni Retreat Talk, Rabbi Seth Castleman - AUDIO only

The second annual Hineni retreat was a day-and-a-half of mindfulness meditation for Jewish, Jewish-adjacent, and curious individuals from all backgrounds.
Taught by Rabbi Seth Castleman, the retreat was offered by Ohavi Zedek Synagogue and was held at the Burlington Friends Meeting House from Jan 10-11, 2025.
The schedule consisted of interspersed periods of silence, along with sitting meditation, walking meditation, guided meditation, eating meditation, instructions, teachings, and Q&A.
Hineni means “Here I am!” in Hebrew, a spiritual call of presence.
