      the yamaha warrior 350 or yamaha raptor 350 goes for 1000-2000 bucks in lightly used condition, it's a great first quad to own. The controls are basically the same as the banshee being a 6 speed sport quad but with electric start and reverse! Once you get comfortable on the warrior you can upgrade to a YFZ450 Banshee 350 or Raptor 700 depending on what kind of riding you like to do.

      blaster is a 200cc and a "power band" is simply the range of operating speeds under which the engine or motor is able to operate efficiently. all engines have a power band, it is not something you bolt on like an accessory...

      I am on the 350! The banshee is a twin cylinder two stroke, screamer. If you have never ridden one I can't really explain. You just have to try it. A well tuned Banshee 350 will give a Raptor 700 a run for the money, they are very lightweight are extremely fun to ride. :-D

      My girl Twinkles is on our Raptor 700, she loves it and kind of took it over but she also has a Banshee as well that we need to do a rebuild on. My buddy CrazyD is on the TRX400EX with the flat front tire and the YXZ1000R belongs to another buddy who just bought it. This was literally his first trail ride out there with it.

    • @TheFunnyCamGuy
      @TheFunnyCamGuy 7 років тому +1

      swissmilklky The banshee is one hell of a machine. It kills as a drag race quad. The raptor on the other hand is more of a trail quad. I love banshees but personally i would never want to own one unless givin to me free or for a cheap price.

      I run premium pump gas (91 or 92 octane) mixed with two stroke at 32 to 1. I use Blendzall Racing Castor. If you can't find that I would probably try Maxima 927 or another castor oil based two stroke.

      thank you and sorry for the delayed reply. was out cutting firewood all day yesterday. you will get 1000 different two stroke oil suggestions but the Blendzall is what works best for me. It comes in a yellow bottle with a green label. One small bottle to 4 gallons of gas comes out to 32 to 1. If you prefer to mix leaner you can also do one bottom to 5 gallons of gas and it comes out right at 40 to 1.
