Hi Sammy, Thanks for your coverage of the Shriner’s card show. There was a great whack of vintage cards and I never get tired of your camera work! Thank you for always exposing me to new vintage cards. Have a relaxing evening, Peter
OMG, those uncut sheets! I think the price for the Stand-Ups is reasonable. Those things are killers even as singles. There was some prestigious unopened as well. The Shea Stadium montage really stirred the memories. I noticed some 1955 Bowman football -- one of the most beautiful gridiron sets ever. Thanks for another wonderful array, and enjoy your break!
Thanks Michael. I actually saw that uncut sheet prior to going to the show. A fellow community member here sent some photos as a preview. Had to see it in person.
Hi Sammy. I enjoy your walking the show video's. It looks like it was a great show with some fantastic vintage cards. Thank you for the shout out. I appreciate it.
Hey Sammy. Thanks as always for the tour. It was cool seeing those Coke Tips especially the Reese but if I ever land one it definitely won't be in the graded 7 range. Hope you're well
I saw what he was asking for those. I think the majority were in four figures. The Pee Wee Reese, I believe was 5k. The Lopat was pricey too. I was thinking of Adam from Vintage Sanctuary when I saw that one.
It was a pleasure Jake. Glad we got a chance to talk and walk the floor a bit. Congrats on your major pickups. Super rewarding when you can make big impacts in your PC.
I think that's the big reason why I do a lot of these videos. I'm fortunate to get out to a lot of the different regional shows and you do see that some big dealers only go to some shows, but not all.
Sammy, a couple questions about card shows. Does it turn you off to see many copies of the same card spread out in a display case? Do you wonder what's under the top card in a stack bound by rubber bands? Lesser cards of the same set, I'm guessing. But those rubber banded stacks don't seem very inviting to me.
Doesn't turn me off to see many copies. In fact, for collectors of let's say a 59 Topps Mantle, it's useful to see many copies because they can zero in on one that they want. The more copies, the better for both the seller and buyer. When it comes to stacks, I assume that they top card is the best card and if there is, let's say, an Orlando Cepeda on top, I assume that Mays is not underneath. It's not always best to assume that, but I feel like most of the time, that is the case. Rubber bands don't really bother me. I can see how they can bother collectors when it comes to raw stuff, but I'm pretty indifferent about it.
Awesome video Sammy. The show looked awesome. Lots of great vintage. Really enjoyed the old Judge dealer. And those high grade Cracker Jacks were amazing!
Hey Sammy...great video. Not sure if its the same seller but at 11.05 there is a seller with several player puzzles. Im interested in one espwcially the Bench one. Do you know the name of this seller? Sure would be interested depending on the price. Thanks.

Thank you Peter. I'm glad that you enjoyed the show. I'll have another one next Sunday or Monday.

It was a great show. You would've enjoyed it. Happy to give a shoutout to help your channel
Holy smokes! What an awesome show! There was some amazing vintage stuff there!
Thanks Billy. I know for a fact you would've relished in the awesomeness of this show.
@SammyThunder No doubt about it!
I was there all weekend unbelievable vintage
There was a significant amount of oddball stuff. It was really nice to see as an oddball collector.
Awesome show footage Sammy, thanks for sharing
Thanks Orlando.
Wow, looks like it was vintage galore! Real nice show, thanks for walking us through.
it was! was there
It was really vintage heavy. I would argue that there was more vintage than modern, which in a lot of these shows is generally the other way around.

I like this walk around footage. It’s interesting to see the inventory and what dealers focus on different parts of the country.
I think that's the big reason why I do a lot of these videos. I'm fortunate to get out to a lot of the different regional shows and you do see that some big dealers only go to some shows, but not all.
Hey Sammy. This is my favorite show. I was going to go but something came up and I couldn’t. Thanks for taking me there virtually.
I managed the friday shift ...had a great time...plan on quincy this weekend
I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't make it out. Are you thinking of going to some of the other shows coming up?
I could watch this stuff for days, thanks for sharing. See you on 11/11.
Thanks Eddy. See you next week.
Great footage Sammy, thanks for the view
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.
Nice tour of the show Sammy! It was very nice to see you there!
Good seeing you again Jim.

Thanks Eric. I think you would've enjoyed it. Not sure if you caught that Cobb Pinkerton that I texted you about.
@ I did man, I appreciate you find out the price. It actually seems like a good deal.
I might be off on the price. It was a guess actually lol
picked up a psa 6 64 Carl yastremski and a psa 7 Wayne Gretzky 1980-81 at this show
Congrats man. Big pickup!
Matt has the best vintage
Yeah. I really liked his table. We didn't come to a deal, but I was glad to be introduced to him.
Great footage Sammy! Thanks for showing us this. Makes me want to focus hard to save for Strongsville
I don't blame you. I'm starting to do the same, but there are two shows in Philly prior to it. I have to curb the spending for those two shows.
Great to see you as always Sammy. Enjoy the break!
Thanks Keith. Congrats on your Munson pickup!
