OMG !! I wasn't even remotely aware of this fact that there could be a profession called "food artist". Thank you so very much, Sneha ! BTW, what do they study to become one like her ?
Superb video again. I can't wait to watch what you bring us next. Heard this somewhere that , when the first couple of Harry Potter movies were being made. There were scenes of the common dining hall that they needed to film. They got all of this real food to put on the table. Only to realize due to the heat and conditions on the set , the food started to go bad really soon and stunk up the place. So they decided to make molds out of real food and then turned those molds into real looking food.
So instead of using actual chilled beer, they 1. add food color to water 2. add egg white on top 3. apply Vaseline to glass 4. spray water on the glass THIS IS NUTS!!
@Jane Eyre, don't forget these r used mainly for advertisement or promotional purposes & obviously they wouldn't want to waste the real product just like the food stylist said herself that the client was not really willing to... Plus real food can look appealing but the food we see in ads r just too appealing & too good to be true... It can well be understood, that there have been some alterations done to the actual product!!
I have thoroughly enjoyed watching this..This is true cheat sheet video...i always wondered how the food looks so good in magazines etc.. and now i know its mostly uneatable and just for cameras...thank you film companion for making this video.
I want to be a food stylist...iam highly passionated abt styling food...idk how to proceed with this carrier... where to learn these techniques...plse can anyone help
Sneha Mohan Desai: Oh wow! The world of make believe has food that is also make believe. Looks cooked on the outside but raw inside. Swati Desai:The techniques that were displayed were astounding, who'd think of coloured water and beaten egg whites would constitute "Beer" Beautifully disgusting.
This was a great idea for a video, very unheard but the content was not that good, especially the chicken one, you could do better, think and plan in more detail on how to bring out better content from given resources *Suggesting for seeing much better videos on this channel

Jane Eyre shooting takes alot of time beer will not be chilled for so long.. so they have to do this.
And buying real beer (too much of it) can be expensive too!
Getting the right amount of precipitation while actors do retakes is frustrating for directors
U forgot the glycerine. Most imp
