Cool. Very nice! Take the deck all the way to the laundry room outside door. Cover that area as well. The blue sconce does look good. Thanks for sharing. Great video.

Nice and bright. I don’t like the lack of energy efficient features, since those are very hard to retrofit. I’m so glad you made the distinction between a modular home and a manufactured home. They are not at all the same thing, although manufactured home builders want you to believe they are.
Every customer's home is Custom Built so it's impossible to have them all on the website. I linked the Carolina Farmhouse because it's what this house is based off of. Thanks for watching!!
At 5:50 you say let's talk about this door then proceeds to talk about the trim and not about the door... And as for the bathroom with the fiberglass insert, does anybody know how to do tile or marble ? I absolutely hate fiberglass showers and wire racks...
Hey Richard!! In regards to the door, I guess you get what you pay for haha. (This video is free.) In regards to the shower, the walls are obviously tile and they have no problem doing the floor in tile as well. In this particular case only the tile walls were important to this customer. Holy cow, that is expensive for such small square footage. Come on, it is only a two bd. I do love the look, and that porch area is to die for, but once again, that price is crazy. I especially like the kitchen, and the windows in the living and dining area do bring in plenty of natural light. I do like the master shower, but an additional soaking tub would have Also been a nice touch if the room was a bit larger. Also, the master closet is way too small for a couple. I would need a 3bd, 2ba, and if this is how much their asking for 1,161 sq ft, I would hate to see how much for an additional bedroom and making the master closet larger. I do have a question though, can you have this style built in a larger sq footage like 1,400 sq footage?
@@VincentC.-pb7bl Haha, I appreciate the sentiment but your not going to build a custom home cheaper than that in our area. Unfortunately housing is expensive nowadays. As far as making this a 3 bed and 1,400 sq. ft. that would add minimal cost due to the economy of scale. Look for our Brooksdale plan if you want to do something similar to this in that square footage. Here's a link: www.futurehomesnc.com/planDetails.php?planName=Brooksdale&planId=88&style=Ranch
Wrap deck needs carry to laundry rrom and take out slider door. The master bedroom closet doors too large for a small closet. It's not a walk in or walk thru. Other bedroom closet tiny. Overall boring and trying far to hard for a blah design.

That is a beautiful home. Perfect for an empty-nester. Really nice layout. Really nice features, too.
Agreed!!
I love how light and bright the home is!
That’s a “Haint Blue“ on the soffett. I love it and it’s a smart move 🩵Best of luck to the new owners 🙂👍
Yes! Thank you!
Came for the haint. Yes
I like it!

Thanks for watching Lawrence!!
The windows are ridiculous awesome
I love this house! It must be a wood burning fireplace!
Love this house Trey! Great job!!
Windows, porch, layout is beautiful. No pantry would be a pass for me
What an easy fix to add a pantry!! Thanks for watching.

It’s real cute but what is the price? That should be said on all your videos. Dec. 1, 2024

Wonderful layout!
I think so too!
This would be perfect for me and my daughter. I love it,to bad we don't have something like this in my state.
Move to NC!
Love it! Thank you for sharing.
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Very nice . Can't afford it . Widow. Would be what I would like to have. Blessings.
The blue will keep wasp away
That's what I've heard!!
Beautiful home needs storage in bathroom .
Agreed, that's an important consideration!
The kitchen cabinets would look so much better if they met the ceiling.
Either the floor plan in the link provided is incorrect or the title is. I'm not sure but I think it might be the link.

Nice!
When they don’t tell the price that usually means it’s overpriced 😮
