Without a doubt the best villain Bay's franchise had to offer. It might be more accurate to call him an antagonist as he attacks the cast from a neutral standpoint.
This guy used to be a Decepticon in the past, I don't think his past is good for the autobots. Even though it's a neutral position, there's always something "personal" here.
Lockdown doesn’t feel like a villain to me; he’s more like Thanos-a character with a purpose, driven by the belief that he’s restoring balance. He’s not destroying out of hatred or malice but simply fulfilling what he sees as his duty. His arrival, with the Knight Ship looming in the background, is one of the most kickass entrances in any superhero franchise. He deserves a movie all for himself.
This character was written almost perfectly. Transformation, personality, and even the abilities, intelligence. Lockdown was probably the best written character, everything about him makes too much sense, and I don’t blame him for being a hunter. I’d do the same shit, why side with people if you can have your own piece of the pie?

I just found a little detail! We all know that Optimus's sword's handle guard is bent after Lockdown punches it in the next scene, but notice in slow motion at 8:13 the handle guard somehow already bent before that happens 😂 I wonder if someone will have their salary deducted for that 😂

I take your point, but I disagree about the bad Lambor logo, I still think it's cool and okay, it's true that keeping the original logo is better than splitting it in half.

Worst movie for Optimus Prime character, a Hero getting beaten up by some wildcard entry and finally is able to defeat him with the help of humans and Bumblebee by back stabbing him with his sword. It killed the legacy of Optimus Prime’s wisdom, physical prowess and capability.
