Hello, thank you for this video.. are there any specisfics that I should look for before buying ultrasonic cleaner or this one from video should be just fine? Also I wanted to ask, should I clean dampers or just buy new ones?
Hello, a question so to clean an epson et2721 printer head in the ultrasonic tank I can't immerse it all? Or are there gaskets that would break? What temperature can it be set at?
-))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Брехло! На видео не показан результат работы. С таким же успехом можно снять видео, как моют огромную хрустальную люстру шваброй - намочили, накорявили, а пыль так и осталась, да ещё люстра поломана.
It's a bad habit to use ultrasonic cleaners for print heads. This can cause microscopic pitting in the head's nozzles which can lead to nozzle deflection and other forms of misfiring. It's recommended to use cleaning solution with a multichannel peristaltic pump. It will take longer but wont run the risk of damaging the printhead.
Hey Kevin, are you using destilled water ?

So can you successfully clean the L1800 printhead if you seperate the manifold feom the head and leave the gasket /membrane off.
head - corpse
Kevin, I used an ultrasonic cleaner on my l1800 head, and possibly ruined the membranes, can these be repaired?
Кевин на такие вопросы не даст ответ)) Ответ очевиден - нет. Держитесь подальше от Кевина.
Can i use this for xp600 print head?
Not for the core. For the manifold, yes.

that's exactly what I do.
I assembled a special stand for this with a peristaltic pump
