Also, try travelling by train - it is so so less stressful and timeless if you’re going somewhere in Europe

Every time we went on holiday I always packed spare clothes in my hand baggage (not just for myself but my mum and dad and brothers too) and all our toiletries and a few cheap things to keep us entertained.

Another remedy for sunburn I've used is yoghurt as strange as that sounds, it's so soothing. I'm normally so careful in the sun but once my legs got so burnt and red that it felt like pins in my legs every time the fabric of my dress touched them. Lying there with yoghurt on the burnt bits for a while took the heat and sting right out of it
For those who didn't know, SPF is just a marker of how long the sun cream lasts, it's not a different strength. The higher the spf, the longer it is protecting you from uv rays ❤️❤️
