Powerful lesson.. but I think we need to have a deep study on the 24 elders kkk. I don't think they are the resurrected saints when we read Rev 4, 5 and compare with parallels passages in Desure of Ages. God bless.

2 Timothy 2:15 "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth." Who are these
24 elders?
1.They are the representatives of the unfallen world. (Desire of Ages, p.834)
2. They are STRONG ANGELS (Manuscript vol. 12., p. 296, Manuscript vol, 9., p.7)
3. These are ANGELS (Revelation 7:13-14, Signs of the Times, December 22, 1887 par. 7)
Compare the Bible Translations on Revelation 5:9-10 from KJV & NKJV VS. most translations
NIV, ASV, ESV… Blessings!
Right. I notice we are not fully in agreement as SDAs as it concern the 24 Elders. God help us to be in accord as The Word teaches concerning the matter. I hold the same view as you though.

The event in the Desire of ages p.834 is the enthronement of Jesus which corresponds to Revelation 5. Logic
Tells us that 24 elders cannot be the redeemed from the earth, since their thrones were already in place in Revelation 4 even before the arrival of Jesus. I’m blessed with their ministry and I’m sure thousands around the world too.
The next time you drive by a cemetery remember how all those people had their chance to change during their lifetime. But now, for them that time is past and God which knows their hearts they are judged. God help the Adventists and their like for their gross dishonesty and false testimony!!!

Are the representatives from unfallen worlds ministering spirits to the heirs of salvation?
Jesus who brought His humanity into heaven is identified as an angel in revelation chapters 8 and 10. Is it possible that the 24 Elders might be redeemed and are serving as Messengers and Priests? Revelation chapter 5
You said God is consistent in the old and new testaments. How is it then we translate a clear directive in Gods word on the ordination of women like Paul gives in Timothy. Yet ignore it or worse yet say it doesn’t mean what is says?
The Law came to man after the first sin, just like in heaven. Because in heaven the Fruit of the Spirit (Gal.5:22, 23) was present, and when the first man was made, created by God, that same Spirit was present. Choice for Lucifer and Choice for Man, for both God's created. As long as we stay in the Spirit of God we will not break the Law of God.
Pastor James Rafferty, if you look closely in rev 5:8-10 the four beast were singing together with the elders, we also know that they were the seraphim. Now my Question is, were they also redeem from Earth?
Because they were also singing, saying you have redeem US.
Pls Compare all other translation 5:8-10 nkjv to other translation.

The 24 Elders serve as Priests and will reign as Kings with Christ according to Rev chapter 5.

The 24 Elders were already in throne room before Jesus arrives with multitudes of captives that were raise from the dead at His Resurrection.
